一种用于液体一次性配料的包装盒或纸箱的常用类型,是通过在包装层压材料制成,其具有由不同热塑材料层层压的纸或纸板芯层。这种液体包装盒既可以由一连续的卷材直接制成也可以通过裁切板材而制成。本发明涉及由板材制取包装容器坯件,基于这个原因在本说明书中仅对这种坯件的加工工艺进行描述。
将板材通过纵向封缝被封闭以便形成一袖状物。该袖状物在其一端形成包装袋顶部或底部并填充所需内容物。其后,将袖状物的剩余端相应地制成包装袋的底部或顶部。该袖状物可以制成平行六面体状包装袋,或者是制成带有三角形顶部的包装袋。
在包装材料成型并填充所需内容物之前,需要谨慎地进行操作以保证与包装内容物接触的板材一边或多边能够得到防护,从而纸或纸板芯层不会因为吸收封装液体而造成包装袋破损。在利用板材制造包装容器坯件的过程中,为了获得由塑性材料防护的边缘,必需进行一步“切削加工”,即将芯板的一部分铣掉以使得板材的变薄部分能够折叠而形成防护边缘。“切削工艺”是一个相对昂贵并要求精细的工艺。
但是,加工好的一次性包装袋其不会与包装内容物接触的外边缘仍然没有得到防护,并且当其外侧与液体接触时,芯层会通过吸入作用而吸收液体。由于上面简述的这种类型的一次性包装袋非常容易受到液体的影响或着说在对其进行加工时需要极高的稳定性,所以就必需对组成包装容器坯件的所有板材边缘进行防护。
本发明的目的
本发明的一个目的是实现一种其所有边缘均由塑料层防护的包装容器坯件制造方法。这种方法能够简化从卷状预制材料到最终的、边缘得到防护的包装容器坯件的连续实际操作。
解决方案
在根据本发明所公开的这种制造方法中,介绍可实现此目的及其他目的,本文开始部分所公开的这种方法具有这样的情况,随后将卷材切割成板材,板材之间保持一定间隔,它们被向前输送向前运动,将此板材层压到两条连续的塑料薄膜带上,即一外侧带和一内侧带,每一条薄膜带均延伸到板材边缘之外,形成两个跨接片,将延伸到边缘之外的跨接片围绕各边缘折叠并封接,再次将板材从两板材之间的中央位置相互分割开并相对于带的方向转90度,间隔地形成的并由外侧和内侧薄膜组成的跨接片随后朝着板材内侧折叠到板材的第二和第四边缘上,板材再次相对于带的方向转90度,并且板材最终折叠在一起并纵向封缝。
本发明的优选实施例还进一步给出了如所附从属权利要求中所述的特征。

图1表示了该制造方法的流程图;而
图2至8表示了制造过程各阶段中包装材料部分剖面的不同侧视图。
优选实施例的描述
根据本发明,关于包装容器坯件1的制造将这种类型的预制卷材2看作其起点。该种类型的卷材通常在包装工业中采用以便以连续的卷材开始制造一次使用包装件,图2中以剖面形式示出的预制卷材2在图1中表示为卷筒纸3。该卷材2具有纸或纸板芯层4。在芯层4的外侧面上,层压一热塑材料层5,如聚乙烯(polyethylene)。芯层的内侧面上层压一隔离层6,它可以是一聚乙烯(PE)层,或者是图2中由聚乙烯(PE)层7,铝箔层8和附加聚乙烯(PE)层9组成的层6。
将内侧隔离层6层压到卷材2上以使得隔离层6的一部分延伸到卷材2的边缘之外而形成固定跨接片10。其这样实现,通过将一个宽幅卷材纵向分割成窄的卷材2,卷材2平行并相互保持一定间隔向前输送。分开的平行卷材2在所有分开的卷材的整个长度上均层压有一防护覆盖隔离层6。接下来,将沿各自对应的卷材2的一纵向边缘切割防护隔离层6以使得各分开的卷材2均具有由隔离层6的突出跨接片10。在瑞典专利说明书SE 380196中描述了这种制取带有一固定、纵向跨接片10的卷材2的方法。
将固定跨接片10围绕卷材2的边缘折叠并封接在外层5上。这一操作在图1流程图中的工位11上进行。因此卷材2将具有图3中所示的剖面形状。所有利用这种方法而施加到芯层4上的塑料层均相对于芯层4来说非常薄,基于这个原因不能认为附图2至8中所示的尺寸比例是准确真实的。
此后,将卷材2分割成尺寸相等的板材12。因此板材12由卷材2的一矩形部分和四条边缘13,14,15和16组成。第一边缘13已经通过折叠固定跨接片10实现了封边。将卷材2分割成板材12的操作在工位17中进行。在整个制造过程中板材12相互之间保持一定间隔18向前输送。在工位17中,也可以适宜地执行对板材12进行压痕,即通过压痕工具,使得板材12带有压痕线以便在后面的工艺中,板材12可以很容易折叠成一最终的包装容器。
相互之间具有间隔18的板材12在工位19中被层压到一构成内层21的连续塑料薄膜带20,和另外一构成外层23的连续塑料薄膜带22之中。内层21最好由聚乙烯(PE)薄膜形成。塑料薄膜层22可以由取向聚丙烯(OPP)形成。外层23可以是一层经过印刷或没有经过印刷的薄膜,该薄膜可以是带颜色的或经过金属喷涂的。由于采用相对于压痕线的预印刷装饰图案较为容易,并且由于板材12相互之间以及相对于带有装饰图案的外侧塑料薄膜带22,板材22可略微位移,所以采用预印刷的外层23对于保持对心很有好处。
塑料薄膜带20,22均相对于板材12以及相互之间发生偏移,以致于内层21延伸到板材第一边缘13之外,形成跨接片34,而外层23延伸到板材第三边缘15之外,形成图4中所示的跨接片35。在工位24中,由层21,23形成的两跨接片34,35围绕各自对应的边缘13和15折叠。此时的板材12将具有图5所示的剖面形状。从而将板材12的两边缘13,15封接并由环绕的塑料层防护。
在工位25中,由两塑料薄膜20,21和在薄膜带20,22之间塑料封装的板材12组成的带再次被切割成独立的板材12。在下一个工位26中,板材12相对于带的方向转90度。图6中以剖面形式示出了已经转90度的板材12。
当板材在工位25再次被与相邻的材料板材切割开时,这种切割在板材12之间的间隔18中间位置发生。结果,两个被压痕的跨接片27和28延伸到板材12的第二边缘14和第四边缘16之外。塑料薄膜带20,22可以是在工位25中发生切割之前相互之间已经封接的,或者带20,22也可以是相互之间自由松散的。在切割操作中,无论薄膜带20,22相互之间是否已经被预先封接在它们之间均有一定的粘合。
在这种状况下,可以在工位29中对板材12进行装饰图案印刷。通过在包装容器坯件制造方法的这个后续阶段中进行印刷操作,对于小批量系列的客户或对于希望经常改换装饰图案的客户来说很有好处。在这个阶段,可以在不需要保持对心的情况下进行装饰图案印刷。
此后,在工位30中将跨接片27,28向着材料板材12的内侧折叠到各自对应的边缘14,16上。此时的板材12具有图7中所示的剖面形状。在这个阶段,板材12的四边缘13,14,15,和16均由一覆盖防护层封接。
在工位31中板材12再次相对于带的方向转90度。此时的封边板材12在工位32中沿预制压痕线折叠并最终在工位33中将板材12纵向封缝而形成一完成的袖状物,即一完成的包装容器坯件1。依靠板材第一边缘13和第三边缘15上的上覆接缝来实现纵向封缝。该纵向封缝在图8中以剖面形式示出。
通过前面的描述可以很清楚地看到,本发明实现了一种在连续过程中封接板材所有四边从而得到包装容器坯件的方法,当该加工完毕的包装容器坯件暴露在不利状况下时能够有效地抵抗周围的潮气。根据本发明的方法也可以用来增加包装容器坯件制造中的稳定性。最后,根据本发明的方法还避免了采用昂贵的“切削方法”。
本发明不能被认为局限于上面的描述和附图所示的内容,在不脱离所附权利要求范围的前提下可以对其进行多种修改。

Claims (5)

1.一种封边包装容器坯件(1)的制造方法,该方法从一带有外层(5)和内层(6)的连续卷材(2)开始,所述内层(6)延伸到卷材(2)的一边缘(13)之外,形成固定跨接片(10),所述跨接片(10)在卷材(2)的边缘(13)上折叠并封接在外层(5)上,其特征在于:卷材(2)随后被切割成板材(12),并且板材(12)之间保持一定的间隔(18),它们被向前输送,所述板材(12)被层压到两条连续的塑料薄膜带(20,22)上,即一外侧带(20)和一内侧带(22),每一薄膜带(20,22)均延伸到板材(12)的一边缘(13,15)之外,形成两个跨接片(34,35),所述延伸到边缘(13,15)之外的跨接片(34,35)均被分别围绕边缘(13,15)折叠并封接,所述板材(12)再次从两板材(12)之间的中心位置切割开并相对于带的方向转90度,随后间隔(18)地形成的并由外侧塑料薄膜层(22)和内侧塑料薄膜层(20)构成的跨接片(27,28)朝板材(12)内侧折叠到板材(12)的第二边缘(14)和第四边缘(16)上,板材(12)再次相对于带的方向转90度,并将所述板材(12)最终折叠在一起并纵向封缝。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:外侧塑料薄膜带(22)是预印刷的。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:外侧塑料薄膜带(22)是带有颜色的。
4.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:外侧塑料薄膜带(22)是经过金属喷涂的。
5.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:外侧塑料薄膜带(22)是未经过印刷的;并在将板材(12)二次相互分开后,在工位(29)中,包装容器坯件(1)的外表面上提供装饰图案。
