Description
15 20 25 30 35 462 515 Ytterligare fördelar hos uppfinningen framgår av bifogade underkrav och den följande beskrivningen med hänvisning till bifogade ritning, på vilken figurerna la och lb i ett längssnitt schematiskt visar en blandningscylinder med botten resp en i ett lock glidbart lagrad omrörare. Fig 1c visar en omrörarskiva enligt uppfinningen sedd underifrån. Fig 2 är ett längssnitt genom en anordning enligt uppfin- ningen och fig 3 visar i detalj penetrering av ett tätningsmembran.
Fig 4 illustrerar hur tillredningsanordningen enligt föreliggande uppfinning slutligen användes som bencementspruta.
På ritningen betecknar 1 en blandningscylinder och 2 en botten, som tätande är inskjuten i blandnignscylinderns 1 ena ände. Blandnings- cylindern 1 är företrädesvis tillverkad av ett genomsynligt material och botten 2, är av skäl som kommer att framgå senare, av ett gummi- liknande elastiskt material, är utbildad med en mot cylinderns inre riktad utskjutande tapp 2a, samt har ett ringflänsliknande utskott 2b, som passar i ett motsvarande spår la i blandningscylinderns 1 innervägg.
Tillredningsanordningen enligt uppfinningen innefattar vidare ett lock 3 med en i detta axiellt rörlig omrörare 4. Denna innefattar en kolvliknande omrörarskiva 4a och en i locket 3 glidbart lagrad om- rörarstång 4b. Locket är avtätat_mot blandningscylinderns 1 innervägg och mot omrörarstången 4b medelst 0-ringar 5 resp 6. Locket 3 upp- visar vidare en evakueringskanal 3a, vilken via en ledning 7 är anslutbar till en ej visad vakuumkälla och vilken, då locket 3 är monterat mynnar i blandningscylinderns innerutrymme.
Omrörarskivan 4a är genombruten av kanaler 4a1, genom vilka bence- mentkomponenterna bringas strömma under omröringen för att göra denna så effektiv som möjligt. Omrörarstången 4b uppvisar en axiell kanal 4b1, vilken i den vid omrörarskivan 4a fixerade änden av stången 4b är försluten medelst ett penetrerbart membran 4c. Detta har brott- anvisningar 4c1, vilka är illustrerade i fig lc.
I fig la har med punktraster och hänvisningssiffran 8 markerats ett pulver och med hänvisningssiffran 9 och streckmarkering en vätska, 10 15 20 25 30 35 462 315 vilka utgör komponenterna i bencementet och vilka förts in i bland- ningscylindern 1 via den öppning som är avsedd att tillslutas medelst locket 3. För tydlighets skull har dessa komponenter utelämnats i övriga figurer.
I fig 2 illustreras själva blandningsförloppet. Med hjälp av omrörar- stången 4b bringas omrörarskivan 4a att röra sig upp och ner i bland- ningscylindern 1. Denna rörelse antyds med en dubbelriktad pil 10 i fig 2. Medelst dubbelriktade pilar 11 antyds i samma figur att kompo- nenterna 8, 9 härvid bringas att strömma genom kanalerna 4a1 och genom ett utrymme mellan omrörarskivan 4a och cylinderns 1 innervägg.
Eftersom cylinderväggen är genomsynlig kan fackmannen lätt avgöra när tillredningen av bencementet är klar.
När det konstaterats att tillredningen är klar förs omröraren 4 nedåt med en bestämd rörelse, vilket i fig 3 illustreras med en nedåtriktad pil 12 så att omrörarskivan 4a stöter emot botten 2. Härvid penetre- ras membranet 4c av tappen 2a och brister längs brottanvisningarna 4c1, vilket i fig 3 illustreras med pilar 13. Härefter dras omröraren till det i fig 4 visade läget. Kanalen 4b1 i omrörarstången 4b kommu- nicerar nu med det utrymme i blandningscylindern 1 i vilket den tillredda bencementen finns.
Tillredningsanordningen enligt uppfinningen placeras nu i en sprut- mekanism av det slag som vanligen används för strängvis utsprutning av tätningsmassa och liknande. Denna mekanism är i fig 4 antydd med dels en streckat markerad hållardel 14 i vilken blandningscylindern 1 med botten 2, lock 3 och omrörare 4 placeras dels en tryckkolv 15 med tillhörande tryckstång 16.
När tryckkolven 15 bringas att pressa mot botten 2, vilket illustre- ras med en uppåtriktad pil 17, kommer när tryckkraften blivit till- räckligt stor det ringflänsliknande utskottet 2b att under hoptryck- ning tvingas ur spåret la och fungera som tätning mot blandnings- cylinderns 1 innervägg. Botten 2 verkar nu som kolv och pressar bencementen genom det penetrerade membranet 4c och via kanalen 4b1 ut i det fria för den avsedda användningen, vilket antyds med en pil 18.
Claims (1)
1. Anordning för tiïïverkning av bencement genom bïandning av i detta ingående komponenter innefattande en bïandningscyïinder (1) i form av ett rör med botten (2) och ïock (3) och en i b1and- ningscylindern axieïït rör1ig omrörare (4) i form av en koïvïik- nande omrörarskiva (4a), viïken är genombruten av kana1er (4a1), genom vi1ka bencementens komponenter bringas strömma under b1and- ningsför1oppet och en med omrörarskivan (4a) operativt förbunden, i ïocket (3) gïidbart ïagrad ko1vstångs1iknande omrörarstång (4b), k ä n n e t e c k n a d därav, att omrörarstången (4b) har en axieïï kanaï (4b1), som vid omrörarskivan (4a) är försluten medeist ett penetrerbart membran (46), att botten (2) är utbiïdad med ett mot omrörarskivan utskjutande organ (2b) inrättat att vid fuïïbordad b1andning penetrera membranet(4c)då omröraren(4) förskjuts axie11t mot botten(2) och att botten (2) är inrättad att under inverkan av en axiaïkraft 1ikt en ko1v förskjutas axie11t i riktning mot ïocket (3), varvid bencementen strömmar ut genom omrörarstångens (4b) kanaï (4b1L Anordning enïigt patentkravet 1, k ä n n e t e c k n a d därav, att 1ocket(3) har-en så utbiïdad ti11 en vakuumkäïïa ansïutbar evakueringskanaï (3a) att den, då ïocket (3) är monterat, mynnar i bïandningscyïinderns (1) innerutrymme.
