Claims (24)
1. Ett fiberinnehållande ark (31, 51, 61) innefattande ett vikningsmönster som bildar viklinjeroch facetter (35), vikningsmönstret bestående av en serie av parallella raka viklinjer (32) somsträcker sig i en första ytriktning av arket och en serie av sicksack-viklinjer (33) som sträcker sigi en andra ytriktning av arket, varvid de raka viklinjerna (32) korsas av sicksack-viklinjerna (33)och varje sicksack-viklinje ändrar kurs vid varje korspunkt (34) med en rak vikningslinje, varvidde raka viklinjerna och sicksack-viklinjerna tillsammans definierar ett rutnät av fasetter (35),varvid varje facett är parallellogrammatisk till form, kännetecknad av att varje sicksack-viklinje(33) har en bredd b som är större än en bredd a av varje enstaka parallell rak viklinje (32), varvid bredd av viklinje mäts vinkelrätt mot kursen av viklinjen.
2. Fiberinnehållande ark enligt krav 1, varvid arket innefattar cellulosafibrer och fibrer ellerpartiklar av åtminstone en av polylaktid, polyhydroxyalkanat, kaprolaktam och termoplastisk stä rkelse.
3. Fiberinnehållande ark enligt något av kraven 1 eller 2, varvid en första del av arket som utgör fasetterna är förstyvad i förhållande till en andra del av arket som utgör viklinjerna.
4. Fiberinnehållande ark enligt något av föregående krav, varvid den första delen av arket somutgör fasetterna är förstyvad genom applicering av en beläggning eller skikt på den förstadelen av arket, eller genom att impregnera den första delen av arken med ett förstyvningsmedel.
5. Fiberinnehållande ark enligt något av föregående krav, varvid den första delen av arket somutgör fasetterna är förstyvad genom svetsning, härdning, eller varmpressning av nämnda första del av arket.
6. Fiberinnehållande ark enligt något av föregående krav, varvid samtliga sicksack-viklinjer (33) har samma bredd b och samtliga parallella raka viklinjer (32) har samma bredd a.
7. 27. Fiberinnehållande ark enligt något av föregående krav, varvid bredden b är åtminstone dubbelt så stor som bredden a.
8. Fiberinnehållande ark enligt något av föregående krav, varvid ett avstånd c mellan vilka somhelst två på varandra följande parallella raka viklinjer, och ett avstånd d mellan vilka som helsttvå på varandra följande sicksackviklinjer ligger inom ett förhållande av mellan 1: 5 till 5 : 1, varvid avståndet mellan två viklinjer mäts vinkelrätt mot kursen av viklinjerna.
9. Fiberinnehållande ark enligt något av föregående krav, varvid förhållandet mellan avståndetd mellan vilka som helst två på varandra följande sicksack-viklinjer och bredden b hos varje sicksack-viklinje är från 2:1 till 10:1, företrädesvis från 2,5:1 till 7:1.
10. Fiberinnehållande ark enligt något av föregående krav, varvid en spetsig vinkel (oro) sombildas av korsningen mellan sicksack-viklinjerna och de raka viklinjerna är från 50° till 85°, företrädesvis från 55° till 75°.
11. Fiberinnehållande ark enligt något av föregående krav, varvid varje fasett (35) har rundadehörn åtminstone där sicksack-viklinjerna (33) och de raka vikinjerna (32) korsar varandra för att bilda en spetsig vinkel.
12. Fiberinnehållande ark enligt något av föregående krav, varvid arket är kräppat.
13. En delvis eller helt vikt arkprodukt (41, 73) tillverkad av ett fiberinnehållande ark (31, 51,61) enligt något av patentkrav 1-12 genom att vika åtminstone en del av arket längs viklinjemaför att bilda bergveck och dalveck, varvid varje vikt sicksack-viklinje enbart består av bergveck(33a) eller enbart består av dalveck (33b), med bergveck omväxlande med dalveck från ensicksackviklinje till en näst efterföljande sicksack-viklinje, och varvid var och en av de vikta rakaviklinjema omväxlar mellan dalveck (32a) och bergveck (32b) i samband med varje korsning med en sicksack-viklinje.
14. Ett laminat innefattande en delvis vikt arkprodukt enligt krav 13 och åtminstone en liner.
15. 315. En kartong eller papp innefattande en delvis vikt arkprodukt enligt krav 13 och åtminstone ett andra fiberinnehållande ark.
16. Ett förpackningsmaterial innefattande en delvis vikt arkprodukt enligt krav 13.
17. Förfarande för framställning av ett fiberinnehållande ark innefattande ett vikningsmönster,varvid förfarandet innefattar stegen att tillhandahålla ett fiberinnehållande ark och att bildaett vikningsmönster på nämnda ark på sådant sätt att vikningsmönstret innefattar en serie avparallella raka viklinjer i en första ytriktning av arket, varvid de raka viklinjer korsas av sicksack-viklinjer som sträcker sig i en andra ytriktning av arket, varvid varje sicksack-viklinje ändrarkurs vid varje korspunkt med en rak viklinje, varvid de raka viklinjerna och sicksack-viklinjernatillsammans definierar ett rutnät av fasetter, varvid varje facett är parallellogrammatisk tillform, och där varje sicksack-viklinje har en bredd b som är större än en bredd a av varjeenstaka parallell rak viklinje (32), varvid bredd av viklinje mäts vinkelrätt mot kursen av viklinjen.
18. Förfarande enligt krav 17, varvid arket innefattar cellulosafibrer och fibrer eller partiklar av åtminstone en av polylaktid, polyhydroxyalkanat, kaprolaktam och termoplastisk stärkelse.
19. Förfarande för framställning av en fiberinnehållande kontinuerligt ark enligt något avkraven 17 och 18, vidare innefattande att förstyva en första del av arket som utgör fasetterna i förhållande till en andra del av arket som utgör viklinjerna.
20. Förfarande enligt krav 19, varvid den första delen av arket som utgör fasetterna förstyvasgenom att applicera en beläggning eller skikt på den första delen av arket eller genom att impregnera den första delen av arket.
21. I\/|etod enligt något av patentkrav 19 eller 20, varvid den första delen av arket som utgörfasetterna förstyvas genom svetsning, härdning, eller varmpressning av nämnda första del av arket.
22. 422. Metod enligt något av kraven 17 till 21, vidare innefattande åtminstone delvis vikning avarket längs viklinjera för att bilda bergveck och dalveck, varvid varje vikt sicksack-viklinjeenbart består av bergveck eller enbart består av dalveck, med bergveck omväxlande meddalveck från en sicksack-viklinje till en näst efterföljande sicksack-viklinje, och varvid var ochen av de vikta raka viklinjema växlar mellan dalveck och bergveck i samband med varje korsning med en sicksack-viklinje.
23. I\/|etod enligt något av kraven 17 till 22, vidare innefattande att kräppa arket före bildning av vikningsmönstret.
24. I\/|etod enligt något av kraven 19 till 22, vidare innefattande att kräppa arket efter bildning av vikningsmönstret men före förstyvning av facetterna.
