Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بطريقة لتنقية مذيب solvent لفصل الستايرين styrene عن طريق التقطير الاستخلاصي xtractive distillation، تشتمل على: إدخال خام تغذية feedstock يحتوي على الستايرين في عمود تقطير استخلاصي من الوسط، وإدخال مذيب للتقطير الاستخلاصي في عمود التقطير الاستخلاصي من الجزء العلوي؛ بعد التقطير الاستخلاصي، يتم تصريف الزيت الناتج المنقى بالإذابة raffinate oil من أعلى عمود التقطير الاستخلاصي، ويتم تفريغ مذيب غني بالستايرين من أسفل العمود؛ يتم إدخال المذيب الغني في عمود استعادة المذيب من الوسط؛ بعد التقطير الفراغي vacuum distillation ، يتم تفريغ الستايرين الخام crude styrene من أعلى عمود استعادة المذيب، ويتم تصريف المذيب الضعيف من أسفل عمود استعادة المذيب وإعادة تدويره إلى الجزء العلوي من عمود التقطير الاستخلاصي؛ يتم فصل جزء من المذيب الغني وإرساله إلى منطقة تنقية المذيب وإدخال الماء في منطقة تنقية المذيب؛ بعد استخلاص السائل- السائل liquid-liquid extraction ، يتم تصريف خليط من بوليمر ستايرين styrene polymer وستايرين من أعلى منطقة تنقية المذيب؛ ويتم تصريف المذيب المنقى الذي يحتوي على
