Abstract

يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بتقديم عملية محسنة لتخليق الأيزو بيوتانول isobutanol synthesis يتم إنجازها من خلال تكوين أنواع كحول alcohols مختلطة من غاز التخليق syngas. العملية المكونة من خطوتين تتجنب تفاعل الإضافة البطيء جدا عند ذرة الكربون α α-carbon ، في العملية التقليدية للتخليق المباشر للأيزو بيوتانول isobutanol في خطوة واحدة. بمجرد إنتاج الإيثانول ethanol والبروبانول propanol في منطقة التفاعل reaction zone الأولى، فإنهما يمكن أن يتفاعلا مع الميثانول methanol و/ أو غاز التخليق في منطقة تفاعل ثانية لإنتاج الأيزو بيوتانول isobutanol من خلال تفاعل الإضافة السريع عند ذرة الكربون β β-carbon في وجود محفز، مما يؤدي إلى إنتاجية محسنة بدرجة كبيرة للأيزو بيوتانول isobutanol. شكل 2.
