Abstract

يتعلق الاختراع الحالي باستقبال مجموعة من آبار هيدروكربون لنظام إنتاج هيدروكربون في آلة حل منطقية خاصة بالسلامة ‏‏(‏SLS‏) لإجراء اختبار الصمود لها. ويتم تنشيط مستشعرات ضغط وضع الاختبار المثبتة برأس مشتركة لنظام إنتاج الهيدروكربون لرصد ‏وضع حالة عملية نشطة للرأس المشتركة من جميع آبار نظام إنتاج الهيدروكربون. كما يتم حث حالة ضغط زائد محاكاة في مستشعرات ‏ضغط التشغيل. تستقبل ‏SLS‏ إشارة بوجود ضغط زائد من مستشعري ضغط تشغيل على الأقل. ويتم إرسال إشارة إلى العناصر النهائية ‏المرتبطة ببئر الهيدروكربون لإغلاقها بينما تُترك الآبار الأخرى ‏في نظام إنتاج الهيدروكربون قيد التشغيل. ويتم استعادة مستشعرات ضغط ‏التشغيل إلى حالة ضغط عادية، ويتم إرسال إشارة إلى العناصر ‏النهائية المرتبطة ببئر الهيدروكربون المنتقى لإعادة فتح بئر الهيدروكربون. ‏ شكل 1.
