Abstract
يتعلّق الاختراع بعملية بلمرة polymerization process لتكوين بوليمر polymer يشتمل على: تلامس (نمطياً في محلول solution أو طور ملاط slurry phase)، مونومر monomer ونظام محفز catalyst system في منطقة تفاعل reaction zone تشتمل على مبادل حراري حلزوني spiral heat exchanger واحد على الأقل واستخلاص بوليمر polymer، حيث يتدفق المونومر monomer، نظام المحفز والبوليمر polymer خلال المبادل الحراري الحلزوني الواحد على الأقل في اتجاه تدفق عكسي بالنسبة إلى حلزونات المبادل الحراري الحلزوني الواحد على الأقل. انظر الشكل 1
