Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بطريقة إنتاج خامس أكسيد الفوسفور phosphorous pentoxide تشتمل على تكوين كتل للشحن المسبق محتوية على جزيئات خام الفوسفات phosphate ore particles، جزيئات مادة كربونية carbonaceous material particles، وجزيئات سيليكا وتسخين كتل الشحن المسبق pre-feed agglomerates في جو مختزل أو خامل إلى درجة حرارة التصلب من أعلى من 900°م إلى أقل من 1180°م وبقاء درجة حرارة التصلب لمدة 15 دقيقة أو أكثر. تشتمل الطريقة على تكوين كتل الشحن وزيادة قوة ضغط كتل الشحن إلى أعلى من 25 باوند باستخدام التسخين، وتُظهِر كتل الشحن نسبة مولارية من الكالسيوم إلى السيليكا calcium-to-silica أقل من 1 ونسبة مولارية من السيليكا silica إلى (الكالسيوم calcium + الماغنسيوم magnesium) أكبر من 2. ويتم تكوين طبقة سفلية مختزلة بالفرن باستخدام كتل الشحن، ويتولد غاز عادم من الفرن، ويتم تجميع خامس أكسيد الفسفور من الغاز العادم الناتج من الفرن. الشكل 2.
