Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بطرق تعديل السطح بناءً على توليفة من بلازما plasma وتقدم المعالجات الكيميائية chemical treatments سطح مطاط بيوتيل butyl rubber surface غير معبأ عالي التفاعلية نحو سيلانات عضوية organosilanes، وتسمح بتكوين طبقة سيلان عضوية organosilane أحادية ذاتية التجميع self-assembled monolayer (SAM). أكسدة البلازما Plasma oxidation لسطح مطاط البيوتيل يليها ترسيب بالبخار vapour deposition لـ SiCl4 ينتج سطح أليف للماء hydrophilic surface مناسب لإرساء سيلانات عضوية. يؤدي تصنيع طبقة سيلان عضوية أحادية ذاتية التجميع على سطح مطاط البيوتيل الأليف للماء باستخدام n- أوكتا ديسيل تراي كلورو سيلان n-octadecyltrichlorosilane (OTS) وتراي كلورو (1H، 1H، 2H، 2H- بيرفلورو أوكتيل) سيلان trichloro(1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorooctyl)silane (FOTS) عن طريق ترسيب بخاري vapour deposition إلى 15٪ و25٪ انخفاض في نفاذية الغاز gas permeability، على التوالي، بدون تغيير في شفافية ضوئية optical transparency لمطاط البيوتيل. شكل 1
