Claims (8)
1. Соединитель для соединения соседних областей смежных сегментов шарнирного стента, содержащий множество гибких связей, в котором каждая из указанных гибких связей имеет множество участков, причем каждая пара соседних участков имеет расположенную между ними область изгиба.
2. Соединитель по п.1, в котором в процессе расширения указанного стента указанная область изгиба каждой гибкой связи остается изогнутой.
3. Шарнирный стент, содержащий (а) по меньшей мере два по существу жестких сегмента, имеющих множество соединенных ячеек (причем каждая имеет вершины), в которых при расширении стента каждый из указанных жестких сегментов представляет собой по существу цилиндрическую металлическую сетку с ромбовидными ячейками; и (б) гибкий соединитель, имеющий множество гибких связей, в котором каждая из указанных гибких связей соединяет вершины соседних ячеек на соседних жестких сегментах; каждая из указанных гибких связей имеет множество участков, причем каждая пара соседних участков имеет расположенную между ними область изгиба и в процессе расширения указанного стента указанная область изгиба остается изогнутой.
4. Стент по п. 3, в котором указанное множество связей содержит 8-24 связей.
5. Стент по п.3, который выполнен из биосовместимого материала, поддающегося больше пластической, чем упругой, деформации.
6. Стент по п. 5, в котором указанным материалом является нержавеющая сталь.
7. Стент по п .5, в котором указанным материалом является золото.
8. Стент по п.5, в котором указанным материалом является тантал.
