Claims (1)
1. Система индукционного нагрева для соединения методом сплавления, содержащая источник питания, композиционный связующий материал, имеющий связующую матрицу и множество обнаружителей, и накладной электрод, предназначенный для получения энергии от источника питания для передачи лучистой электромагнитной энергии композиционному связующему материалу, отличающаяся тем, что обнаружители являются магнитореактивными при частотах свыше 50 МГц, а накладной электрод выполнен с возможностью передачи электромагнитной энергии излучателем при частоте свыше 50 МГц так, что обнаружители могут быть достаточно нагреты для расплавления части указанной связующей матрицы, причем накладной электрод выбран из множества электродов, имеющих разную геометрию для нагрева композиционного связующего материала.
2. Система по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что обнаружители являются магнитореактивными в диапазоне 75-500 МГц, а накладной электрод подает лучистую электромагнитную энергию в диапазоне 75-500 МГц.
3. Система по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что накладной электрод содержит четвертьволновый резонатор.
4. Система по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что накладной электрод содержит основание накладного электрода и нагревательный переходник, функционально связанный с основанием накладного электрода, причем нагревательный переходник выбран из множества нагревательных переходников, имеющих разную геометрию для нагрева композиционного связующего материала.
6. Система по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что накладной электрод содержит множество проводов, электрически изолированных друг от друга, каждый провод образует катушку с общей осью, причем каждый из них соединен параллельно.
7. Система по п. 6, отличающаяся тем, что накладной электрод содержит четвертьволновый резонатор, имеющий удлинненное основание накладного электрода с внутренним проводником и наружным проводником, по меньшей мере частично охватывающим внутренний проводник, при этом внутренний и наружный проводники электрически соединены на одном конце основания накладного электрода посредством проводных катушек.
8. Система по п. 6, отличающаяся тем, что несколько проводов из указанного их множества наложены друг на друга для образования нескольких слоев указанных катушек так, что эффективное сопротивление накладного электрода уменьшается, а его токонесущая способность увеличивается.
9. Система по п. 7, отличающаяся тем, что накладной электрод дополнительно содержит емкостный штырь для передачи электромагнитной энергии внутреннему проводнику.
10. Система по п. 6, отличающаяся тем, что дополнительно содержит множество конденсаторов, каждый из которых соединен последовательно с соответствующей проводной катушкой так, что ток в указанных катушках является приблизительно равномерным по окружностям катушек, длина которых больше 0,1 длины волны лучистой электромагнитной энергии.
