Способ получения сухого молочного продукта для детей раннего возраста, предусматривающий внесение в кобылье молоко растительного масла, жирорастворимых витаминов, гомогенизацию полученной смеси и сушку, отличающийся тем, что растительное масло добавляют в количестве 0,5 мас.%, гомогенизацию полученной смеси проводят при давлении 2 МПа, перед сушкой проводят сгущение до плотности 1,13 - 1,15 г/см в вакууме при температуре кипения 50 - 60oС, причем сушку осуществляют до влажности 3,0 - 3,5% распылением в потоке воздуха с температурой на входе 125 - 130oС, на выходе 60 - 65oС.1.
