Claims (5)
1. Способ получения пировиноградной кислоты, отличающийся тем, что он включает стадии взаимодействия в водном растворе L-молочной кислоты с кислородом в присутствии гликолатоксидазы и каталазы в качестве катализатора в течение времени, достаточного для превращения L-молочной кислоты в пировиноградную кислоту с высокими ее выходами, в котором исходная концентрация L-молочной кислоты составляет примерно 0,1 - 2,0 М и последующего выделения пировиноградной кислоты.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что указанные ферментные катализаторы (биокатализаторы) используют в виде микробной клетки-трансформанта.
3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что реакцию взаимодействия осуществляют без введения дополнительного буфера и pH регулирования.
4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что реакцию проводят при pH в интервале примерно 6 - 10, и каталитическая активность по гликолатоксидазе составляет примерно 0,01 - 1000 М.ед/мл, а по каталазе примерно 0,01 - 10 М. ед/мл.
5. Способ по п. 3, отличающийся тем, что каталитическая активность по гликолатоксидазе составляет примерно 0,1 - 10 М.ед/мл, и по каталазе примерно 2000 - 15000 М.ед/мл, а соотношение М.ед. активности /мл каталазы к гликолатоксидазе составляет по меньшей мере 250 : 1.
