Abstract
Предложен способ получения 2,6-дихлор-5-фторникотиновой кислоты и ее хлорангидрида формулы Iгде R - хлор или гидроксил, путем хлорирования производного замещенного 2,6-дигидроксипиридина хлорокиси фосфора при нагревании с последующим охлаждением, разбавления разбавителем и переработки получаемого продукта хлорирования, который заключается в том, что в качестве производного замещенного 2,6-дгидроксипиридина используют соединение общей формулы IIгде R- низший алкил или бензил, хлорирование осуществляют в присутствии литиевого реагента, а переработку продукта хлорирования осуществляют путем выделения соединения формулы I'которые в случае R-гидроксил подвергают взаимодействию с основанием в присутствии воды с последующей экстракцией получаемого раствора растворителем и нейтрализацией кислотой.
Claims (1)
- Предложен способ получения 2,6-дихлор-5-фторникотиновой кислоты и ее хлорангидрида формулы I
где R - хлор или гидроксил, путем хлорирования производного замещенного 2,6-дигидроксипиридина хлорокиси фосфора при нагревании с последующим охлаждением, разбавления разбавителем и переработки получаемого продукта хлорирования, который заключается в том, что в качестве производного замещенного 2,6-дгидроксипиридина используют соединение общей формулы II
где R1 - низший алкил или бензил, хлорирование осуществляют в присутствии литиевого реагента, а переработку продукта хлорирования осуществляют путем выделения соединения формулы I'
которые в случае R-гидроксил подвергают взаимодействию с основанием в присутствии воды с последующей экстракцией получаемого раствора растворителем и нейтрализацией кислотой.
