Abstract

Предлагается узел резцедержателя , согласно которому имеется узел регулирования форсунки для регулируемого направления струи охлаждающей жидкости от направления в основном параллельного или слегка наклонного по отношению к оси вращения заготовки к направлению, по существу перпендикулярному к той же оси. Узел форсунки включает в себя резьбовое основание с одной стороны и форсуночную головку с другой стороны, при этом резьбовое основание можно ввинчивать или вывинчивать из резьбового отверстия в корпусе резцедержателя, который сообщается с начальным каналом для охлаждающей жидкости, для того, чтобы регулировать положение головки форсунки, направляя ее как под желательным углом в плоскости, перпендикулярной к оси вращения заготовки, так и на нужную точку вдоль этой оси. Форсуночная головка направляет струю охлаждающей жидкости на поверхность между резцом и заготовкой независимо от глубины резания.

Claims (1)

  1. Предлагается узел резцедержателя , согласно которому имеется узел регулирования форсунки для регулируемого направления струи охлаждающей жидкости от направления в основном параллельного или слегка наклонного по отношению к оси вращения заготовки к направлению, по существу перпендикулярному к той же оси. Узел форсунки включает в себя резьбовое основание с одной стороны и форсуночную головку с другой стороны, при этом резьбовое основание можно ввинчивать или вывинчивать из резьбового отверстия в корпусе резцедержателя, который сообщается с начальным каналом для охлаждающей жидкости, для того, чтобы регулировать положение головки форсунки, направляя ее как под желательным углом в плоскости, перпендикулярной к оси вращения заготовки, так и на нужную точку вдоль этой оси. Форсуночная головка направляет струю охлаждающей жидкости на поверхность между резцом и заготовкой независимо от глубины резания.
