Изобретение относится к области техники, предназначенной для оказания экстренной медицинской помощи, преимущественно пострадавшим в результате промышленных аварий, техногенных катастроф, природных стихийных и экологических бедствий. Достигаемый технический результат от использования изобретения заключается в повышении эксплуатационных характеристик госпиталя и прежде всего его пропускной способности по оказанию медицинской помощи пострадавшим, сокращении времени развертывания госпиталя на местности. Сущность изобретения состоит в том, что в мобильный медицинский госпиталь, выполненный в виде оснащенного медицинским оборудованием и электросетью кузова, установленного на раме автотранспортного средства, введен по крайней мере один аналогичный дополнительный модуль, а медицинское оборудование распределено по модулям с образованием медицинских отделений в кузовах, взаимосвязанных между собой после развертывания госпиталя на местности. В бортах кузовов выполнены закрытые дверьми проемы с узлами крепления по их краям. Каждый из модулей снабжен шарнирно соединенной с рамой автотранспортного средства со стороны торцевой стенки кузова платформой в габаритах этой стенки, эстакадой, элементы которой смонтированы на платформе, складным и переходным отсеками и подъемным механизмом для носилок, размещенными в подкузовном пространстве. Предлагается также способ развертывания мобильного медицинского госпиталя на местности, способствующий достижению ранее отмеченного положительного результата. Указанный способ основан на соединении между собой посредством переходных отсеков кузовов его автотранспортных средств. В процессе развертывания госпиталя устанавливают автотранспортные средства в одну линию параллельно бортами кузовов и на одинаковом друг от друга расстоянии, равном длине переходных отсеков. После чего подсоединяют переходные отсеки к бортам и одновременно с помощью конструктивных элементов производят монтаж эстакады, а затем стыковку к ней подъемных механизмов для носилок.The invention relates to the field of technology intended for the provision of emergency medical care, mainly suffered as a result of industrial accidents, industrial disasters, natural and environmental disasters. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that at least one similar additional module is introduced into a mobile medical hospital, made in the form of a body equipped with medical equipment and an electric network, mounted on the frame of a vehicle, and the medical equipment is distributed into modules with the formation of medical departments in bodies, interconnected after the deployment of the hospital on the ground. On the sides of the bodies there are openings closed with doors with attachment points along their edges. Each of the modules is equipped with a platform pivotally connected to the frame of the vehicle on the side of the end wall of the body, the platform, the elements of which are mounted on the platform, folding and transitional compartments, and a lifting mechanism for the stretcher, located in the undercarriage space. A method is also proposed for deploying a mobile medical hospital on the ground, contributing to the achievement of the previously noted positive result. The specified method is based on interconnection by means of transition compartments of the bodies of its vehicles. During the deployment of the hospital, vehicles are installed in one line parallel to the sides of the bodies and at the same distance from each other, equal to the length of the transition compartments. After that, connecting the transition compartments to the sides and at the same time using the structural elements, make the installation of the flyover, and then docking the lifting mechanisms for the stretcher to it.
