Abstract

Клеточные линии и способы предназначены для получения высокоэффективной продукции растворимых пептидов, обладающих лиганд-связывающей активностью полученного из тромбоцитов фактора роста (ТРФ). Клеточные линии секретируют растворимые фрагменты внеклеточных районов ТРФ-рецептора (ТРФ-Р). Кроме того, предложены способы, использующие эти клеточные линии для продукции указанных фрагментов.

Claims (1)

  1. Клеточные линии и способы предназначены для получения высокоэффективной продукции растворимых пептидов, обладающих лиганд-связывающей активностью полученного из тромбоцитов фактора роста (ТРФ). Клеточные линии секретируют растворимые фрагменты внеклеточных районов ТРФ-рецептора (ТРФ-Р). Кроме того, предложены способы, использующие эти клеточные линии для продукции указанных фрагментов.
