Abstract

Изобретение относится к процессу получения добавок к питательным кормам, содержащих благотворные микроорганизмы. Задачей настоящего изобретения является получение микробиалов прямого кормления, пригодных для добавления в рацион кормов для животных, который содержит микроорганизмы, находящиеся в микросферах. Микросферы содержат высушенные микроорганизмы, пребывающие в матрице жирной кислоты, полученные путем вращения на диске. Способ получения микросфер микроорганизмов заключается в приготовлении культуры высушенных микроорганизмов путем смешивания указанной высушенной культуры с растаявшей жирной кислотой в пропорции от 50 % до приблизительно 90 % по весу посредством вращающегося диска с получением микросфер, выполненных в виде матрицы жирной кислоты с микроорганизмами.

Claims (1)

  1. Изобретение относится к процессу получения добавок к питательным кормам, содержащих благотворные микроорганизмы. Задачей настоящего изобретения является получение микробиалов прямого кормления, пригодных для добавления в рацион кормов для животных, который содержит микроорганизмы, находящиеся в микросферах. Микросферы содержат высушенные микроорганизмы, пребывающие в матрице жирной кислоты, полученные путем вращения на диске. Способ получения микросфер микроорганизмов заключается в приготовлении культуры высушенных микроорганизмов путем смешивания указанной высушенной культуры с растаявшей жирной кислотой в пропорции от 50 % до приблизительно 90 % по весу посредством вращающегося диска с получением микросфер, выполненных в виде матрицы жирной кислоты с микроорганизмами.
