Abstract

В способ изготовления картона по мокрому методу масса готовится из волокон, получаемых из волокнистого сырья, а связующее добавляется перед обезвоживанием и прессованием. Способ отличается добавлением связующего к волокнам перед приготовлением массы. Связующее может быть водорастворимым связующим, которое осаждается и скрепляется с волокнами при подкислении. Подкисление может производиться вместе с приготовлением массы или перед ним, а также перед добавлением связующего. Связующее может добавляться к волокнам в линии прокачки от дефибратора для производства волокон из волокнистого сырья или может добавляться перед дефибратором.

Claims (1)

  1. В способ изготовления картона по мокрому методу масса готовится из волокон, получаемых из волокнистого сырья, а связующее добавляется перед обезвоживанием и прессованием. Способ отличается добавлением связующего к волокнам перед приготовлением массы. Связующее может быть водорастворимым связующим, которое осаждается и скрепляется с волокнами при подкислении. Подкисление может производиться вместе с приготовлением массы или перед ним, а также перед добавлением связующего. Связующее может добавляться к волокнам в линии прокачки от дефибратора для производства волокон из волокнистого сырья или может добавляться перед дефибратором.
