Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency, by mixing a natural fiber, a synthetic fiber, and a magnesium-lithium fiber to make a paper and by molding this paper by heating to obtain a vibration diaphragm for speaker. CONSTITUTION:Bleached kraft pulp (NBKP) is crushed into 300ml freeness (CSF), and about 10-15% fibrous materials of 10mu thickness, 10mu width, and 3- 5mm. length obtained by cutting the magnesium-lithium alloy is added to pulp. After aggitating them to disperse them uniformly, a synthetic resin emulsion is added, and they are made into a vibration diaphragm form, and this obtained mateial is molded by heating to produce a vibration diaphragm. Since the magnesium-lithium alloy becomes a metallic fiber lighter than other metallic fibers, the efficiency of a speaker is improved.
