CONSTITUTION:After a mixture of synthetic pulp composed primarily of polyethylene and carbon fiber is sheeted to a specified shape, it is press-heated to the melting point temperature of the synthetic pulp by dies having the same shape as the shape thereof. The inorganic or organic fiber is bound by the molten synthetic pulp in this way.
