Abstract

Предложен способ получения многослойного полимерного материала, включающий экструзию, сопровождаемую раздувом трехслойной трубчатой пленки, содержащей внутренний армирующий слой с фибриллярной структурой и два внешних слоя из термопластичного материала, размещение заготовки по спирали под углом 10-80° к образующей поверхности, сборку многослойного пакета из этих пленок, последовательную вытяжку пакета в обоих направлениях, причем поперечную вытяжку осуществляют путем пропускания между валками со взаимно зацепляющимися канавками, отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения прочности при ударном отслоении теплового шва и улучшения общих характеристик растяжения при низких температурах, внутренний армирующий слой выполнен из смеси полиэтилена высокой плотности с большим молекулярным весом и полиэтилена низкой плотности меньшего молекулярного веса.

Claims (1)

  1. Предложен способ получения многослойного полимерного материала, включающий экструзию, сопровождаемую раздувом трехслойной трубчатой пленки, содержащей внутренний армирующий слой с фибриллярной структурой и два внешних слоя из термопластичного материала, размещение заготовки по спирали под углом 10-80° к образующей поверхности, сборку многослойного пакета из этих пленок, последовательную вытяжку пакета в обоих направлениях, причем поперечную вытяжку осуществляют путем пропускания между валками со взаимно зацепляющимися канавками, отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения прочности при ударном отслоении теплового шва и улучшения общих характеристик растяжения при низких температурах, внутренний армирующий слой выполнен из смеси полиэтилена высокой плотности с большим молекулярным весом и полиэтилена низкой плотности меньшего молекулярного веса.
