Abstract

FIELD: agriculture, in particular, presowing treatment of fodder beet seeds by removing loose parenchymal layer of seed vessel, may be also used in construction material industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has seed funnel 11, from which seeds fall onto rotating disk 1 and are thrown by centrifugal force and pushing effort of top disk 5 into working space between disks. Seeds are further treated and thrown from working space into lower part of housing 7 and discharged from housing through discharge branch pipe 13. Intensive feeding of seeds into working space and active treatment are provided by circular progressive motion of top disk 5, with all points of disk 5 describing circles of equal radii, as well as by rotating motion of lower disk 1. Top disk 5 is suspended to housing 7 through cranks 6 so that uniform working space between disks and, consequently, uniform volumetric size of product are provided. EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation, increased service life due to absence of dynamic pressures by balanced top disk and strict motion path of disk, wider operational capabilities.

Изобретение относится к сельскому хозяйству и может быть использовано для предпосевной обработки семян кормовой свеклы путем снятия рыхлого паренхимного слоя околоплодника. Оно может быть использовано для шелушения зерна и в качестве мельницы для непосредственного получения муки, а также в промышленности строительных материалов для получения однородных песковых фракций из пород средней прочности. Целью изобретения является улучшение эффективности и надежности, а также расширение технологических возможностей устройства. Обрабатываемое зерно поступает в приемную воронку, из нее падает на вращающийся диск и под действием центробежных сил и толкающего действия верхнего диска попадает в рабочее пространство между дисками, обрабатывается и выбрасывается из него, попадая в нижнюю часть корпуса и через выпускной патрубок выводится из устройства. За счет кругового поступательного движения верхнего диска, при котором все точки его описывают окружности одного и того же радиуса, и вращательного движения нижнего диска происходит интенсивная подача материала в рабочую зону, активная его обработка. При этом подвеска верхнего диска к корпусу на кривошипах обеспечивает постоянство рабочего зазора между дисками и, следовательно, однородность по объемному размеру получаемой продукции. Возрастают надежность и долговечность работы устройства в результате отсутствия динамических давлений из-за уравновешенности верхнего диска и определенности его движения. Расширяются технологические возможности устройства, поскольку оно может быть использовано для трех разных операций, т.е. шлифования, шелушения и измельчения зерна.The invention relates to agriculture and can be used for presowing treatment of seeds of fodder beets by removing the loose parenchyma of the pericarp. Due to the circular translational motion of the upper disk, at which all its points describe the circles of the same radius, and the rotational movement of the lower disk, the material is intensively fed into the working area, its active processing. At the same time, the suspension of the upper disk to the housing on the cranks ensures a constant working gap between the disks and, therefore, uniformity in volumetric size of the resulting product. Reliability and durability of the device are increased as a result of the lack of dynamic pressures due to the balance of the upper disk and the certainty of its movement. The technological capabilities of the device are expanding, since it can be used for three different operations, i.e. grinding, peeling and grinding grain.
