Abstract
В известном устройстве для измерения натяжения ленты в лентопрокатных станах к прокатываемой ленте прилегает измерительный ролик, отклоняемый с помощью системы поршень-цилиндр относительно ленты. Измерительным устройством измеряют силу, оказываемую лентой на измерительный ролик. Для упрощения устройства и повышения точности измерения измерительное устройство содержит датчики давления 16, 17 для определения гидравлических давлений P1, P2 по обе стороны поршня с включенным после датчиков давления 16, 17 вычислительным устройством 18-25 для определения натяжения ленты Fz из измеренных давлений P1, P2.
Claims (1)
- В известном устройстве для измерения натяжения ленты в лентопрокатных станах к прокатываемой ленте прилегает измерительный ролик, отклоняемый с помощью системы поршень-цилиндр относительно ленты. Измерительным устройством измеряют силу, оказываемую лентой на измерительный ролик. Для упрощения устройства и повышения точности измерения измерительное устройство содержит датчики давления 16, 17 для определения гидравлических давлений P1, P2 по обе стороны поршня с включенным после датчиков давления 16, 17 вычислительным устройством 18-25 для определения натяжения ленты Fz из измеренных давлений P1, P2.
