Abstract
Двухконусная горелка с предварительным смешиванием состоит в основном из двух полых, конусообразных, вставленных друг в друга в направлении течения тел, средние оси которых взаимно смещены. Соседние стенки обоих тел образуют в их продольном направлении тангенциальные щели для воздуха для горения. В стенках обоих тел предусмотрены распределенные в продольном направлении газовпускные отверстия. Воздух направляется в тангенциальных щелях завихрителями, из которых несколько расположены рядом по щели. Топливо подается в щели в непосредственной зоне завихрителей. С помощью нового статического смесителя, который представляют собой трехмерные завихрители, в обтекаемой входной щели могут быть созданы продольные вихри без зоны рециркуляции. Таким образом можно достичь на входе в горелку чрезвычайно коротких отрезков смешивания при одновременно небольшой потере напора.
Claims (1)
- Двухконусная горелка с предварительным смешиванием состоит в основном из двух полых, конусообразных, вставленных друг в друга в направлении течения тел, средние оси которых взаимно смещены. Соседние стенки обоих тел образуют в их продольном направлении тангенциальные щели для воздуха для горения. В стенках обоих тел предусмотрены распределенные в продольном направлении газовпускные отверстия. Воздух направляется в тангенциальных щелях завихрителями, из которых несколько расположены рядом по щели. Топливо подается в щели в непосредственной зоне завихрителей. С помощью нового статического смесителя, который представляют собой трехмерные завихрители, в обтекаемой входной щели могут быть созданы продольные вихри без зоны рециркуляции. Таким образом можно достичь на входе в горелку чрезвычайно коротких отрезков смешивания при одновременно небольшой потере напора.
