Claims (1)

  1. Изобретение относится к композиции, включающей препарат трамадола и ацетаминофен, и ее использованию. Использованный при этом трамадол относится к различным формам трамадола. Композиции фармакологически применимы при лечении боли и состояний, сопровождающихся кашлем. Композиции являются также средством уменьшить побочные действия опиоидов, такие, как привыкание, запоры, угнетение дыхания. Кроме того, если компоненты в композициях находятся в определенных соотношениях, фармакологические эффекты композиций являются супераддитивными (синергидными).
