Сущностью изобретения является выполнение аутопластики при продольном плоскостопии с использованием длинного подкожно расщепленного и мобилизованного фрагмента сухожилия передней большеберцовой мышцы, который позволяет как укоротить, так и сместить указанное сухожилие на медиально-подошвенную сторону стопы и одновременно выполнить двойную стяжку костей предплюсны. Это приводит к стойкой коррекции переднего отдела стопы, а также позволяет восстановить продольный ее свод и укрепить задние отделы поперечного свода. Метод испытан в эксперименте на трупах и апробирован в клинике на трех больных. У всех получен хороший результат лечения.The alleged invention relates to medicine, and more particularly to surgery.
