Данное изобретение позволяет уменьшить расход арматуры на каркас здания, уменьшить трудоемкость монтажа и металлоемкость монтажных приспособлений и бортоснастки, повысить эстетическое качество поверхности перекрытий и функциональность архитектурно-планировочных решений зданий. Возводят каркас здания следующим образом. На монтажном горизонте монтируют армокаркасы и опалубку колонн. Бетонируют колонны. Затем навешивают на колонны временные консоли с домкратами. Монтируют на них пространственные фермы, бортоснастку по периметру монтажного горизонта и внутренних проемов.
