Claims (1)
- Электрический резистивно-емкостный датчик для измерения физических величин, в частности температуры, имеет электроды, между которыми измеряют электрические резистивно-емкостные характеристики (R, C), которые олицетворяют измеряемую физическую величину. Между этими электродами имеется активный материал, резистивно-емкостные характеристики которого являются функцией измеряемой физической величины. Активным материалом датчика является очень тонкое нитевидное стеклянное или стеклокерамическое волокно, получаемое методом вытяжки стекла. Кроме того, описывается способ изготовления указанных датчиков.
