Claims (1)

  1. Изобретение касается нового способа NIR-измерения, а также устройства, которым измеряются как размолотые продукты, так и целые зерна, различные компоненты (содержание) сыпучих пищевых продуктов по принципу "in-line". При этом осуществляют большое количество отдельных измерений со временем отдельного замера более 100, предпочтительно 50 миллисекунд, которые посредством ЭВМ-средств определяются статистически. Может быть применен как принцип вращающегося фильтра, так и принцип диодной матрицы. В случае зерновых продуктов можно определить предлагаемым способом, с высокой точностью наличие (присутствие), например, протеина, водо- и золосодержания, так что измеренные величины применимы для регулирования соответствующих параметров непосредственно.
