Abstract

Полезная модель относится к устройствам для тепловой обработки пищевых продуктов, а именно к складным мангалам с возможностью их размещения в плоской транспортировочной таре типа «дипломат». Техническим результатом заявляемой полезной модели является повышение эксплуатационных характеристик. Технический результат достигается тем, что в дорожном устройстве для тепловой обработки пищевых продуктов, включающем складной мангал, с возможностью размещения в плоской транспортировочной таре, и содержащий четырехугольное дно, шарнирно соединенное с торцевыми стенками, перфорированные боковые стенки, фиксаторы для соединения торцевых и боковых стенок, ножки, мангал дополнительно содержит перфорированную решетку, устанавливаемую на внутреннюю отбортовку боковых стенок, фиксаторы которых выполнены Г-образной формы и образуют с прямоугольными отверстиями торцевых стенок замковое соединение, а четырехугольное дно снабжено кронштейнами для установки ножек и ручкой для транспортировки мангала.The utility model relates to devices for the thermal processing of food products, namely to folding barbecue with the possibility of their placement in a flat transportation container of the type "diplomat".
