Abstract

SUBSTANCE: invention belongs to devices for mechanization of track work and is intended for lubricating the threads of terminal and embedded bolts of rail fastenings. A feature of the claimed invention is the presence of a crank mechanism, which, after the device has passed a distance of 550 mm (a full revolution of a support wheel with a diameter of 175.2 mm), presses the foam rubber jaws to the ends of the terminal and mounting bolts, and the lubricating fluid flows down the threads. When the support wheel pin leaves the groove, the spring returns the crank mechanism to its original position. If the sleeper pitch does not match (550 mm), manual control of the bolt lubrication process is provided.

EFFECT: time required to carry out the operation of lubricating the terminal and insert bolts of the rail fastenings is reduced, which is achieved by using support wheels, with a full rotation of which the lubricating device reciprocates due to the crank mechanism.

The device belongs to devices for mechanization of track work and is intended for lubricating the threads of terminal and embedded bolts of rail fastenings.

State of the art

From the patent of the Russian Federation for utility model No. 17544, the device “Trolley for lubrication of terminal and embedded bolts” is known. The disadvantage of such a cart is the need for manual positioning of the lubricating rollers relative to the terminal and mounting bolts and the non-automatic process of placing them in the working (lower) position.

A technical feature of the claimed invention is the presence of a crank mechanism, which, after traveling a distance of 550 mm. (a full revolution of a support wheel with a diameter of 175.2 mm) presses the foam rubber jaws to the ends of the terminal and mounting bolts, and the lubricating fluid flows down the threads. When the support wheel pin leaves the groove, the spring returns the crank mechanism to its original position. If the sleeper pitch does not match (550 mm), manual control of the bolt lubrication process is provided.

Disclosure of the invention

The technical result of the claimed invention is to reduce the time required to carry out the operation of lubricating the terminal and mounting bolts of rail fastenings, which is achieved by using support wheels, with a full rotation of which the lubricating device reciprocates due to the crank mechanism.

Carrying out the invention

A device for lubricating the threads of terminal and mounting bolts of rail fastenings contains a rail cart, the frame of which is made of a thin-walled pipe with a diameter of 20 mm. On the frame of the trolley there are containers with lubricant (1), connected by flexible tubes (2) with lubricating jaws (4). The lubricating jaws are attached to the ends of aluminum slats (7) suspended on both sides of the trolley frame. The swing axis of the aluminum slats is located in the middle part of the trolley frame, and the opposite ends of the aluminum slats are designed to interact with cranks (9) installed on the periphery of the wheels (3) of one of the axles of the trolley and connected to the frame by an extension spring (8), while the radius The placement of the cranks on the wheels is selected with the ability to provide a swing cycle of the aluminum racks, corresponding to the movement of the device between the lubrication points of the terminal and mounting bolts (5, 6) of 550 mm.

When the device moves, oil is consumed, and to create pressure in the barrels, a pump is used, which pushes air into the tanks, and the pump is powered by a car battery.
