Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of agriculture and can be used in poultry farming to increase the productivity of poultry.
Accelerated evolutionary trends in the formation of gene resistance to antibiotic drugs pose a serious threat to human and animal health [1]. Therefore, the search for alternative natural agents that have antimicrobial activity, but are safer, is an urgent global task.
[2].Synthetic analogs of natural plant components increase the inhibition of the activity of the Quorum Sensing system by inactivating regulatory molecules [2].
In this regard, the introduction of small molecules of plant origin into the diet of farm animals is of particular scientific interest.
The complex multi-enzymatic composition Axtra™ XAR 102 TRT is designed to improve the digestibility of feed in the diets of poultry.
(«Danisco Animal Nutrition»; «Finnfeeds Oy», Finland, Vaasa, FI-65100, Myllykatu 20).Axtra™ XAR 102 TPT manufactured by Finnfeeds Oy (Finland), containing enzymes endo-1,4-beta-xylanase with an activity of at least 4000 U/g, alpha-amylase with an activity of 400 U/g, subtilisin ( protease) with an activity of at least 8000 units / g and excipients: sodium sulfate 15.8%, polyvinyl alcohol - 0.5%, starch - 0.76%, sucrose - 0.25%, calcium carbonate - 80%, talc -0.97%. (Danisco Animal Nutrition; Finnfeeds Oy, Finland, Vaasa, FI-65100, Myllykatu 20).
[4].There is a known method of growing broiler chickens by feeding an oak bark extract at a dosage of 1 ml per kg of live weight during the entire growing period, which helps to reduce the fat content in muscle tissue, carcass and increase the productivity of the bird [4].
Наиболее близкий по предлагаемой заявке «Способ повышения продуктивности цыплят-бройлеров» (прототип) [5].The closest to the proposed application "Method of increasing the productivity of broiler chickens" (prototype) [5].
[5].The invention relates to poultry farming. During the main growing period, chickens were fed as part of the main diet oak bark extract at a daily dosage of 2.5 ml/kg of live weight and Glucolux enzyme at an input rate of 5 g/10 kg of feed. This leads to an increase in poultry productivity and a decrease in feed consumption [5].
It should be noted that plant extracts have an unstable chemical composition, depending on natural, climatic, environmental and other factors. Therefore, in practice, there are difficulties with dosing the amount of phytogenic compounds.
There is a method in which, by introducing a composition of plant molecules at a dosage of 4.2 mg/kg of dry matter into the diet of cattle, it increased the digestibility of feed by increasing the cellulolytic and amylolytic activity of scar microorganisms [6]. This method is not intended to increase the productivity of poultry.
Based on the experimental data obtained and a review of the literature, we proposed a method for growing broiler chickens by feeding the enzyme preparation Axtra™ XAR 102 TPT with a complex of small molecules of plant origin: trans-cinnamic aldehyde and 7,8-dihydroxy-4-methylcoumarin.
The objective of the invention is to obtain a highly efficient feeding method that increases the live weight gain of broiler chickens.
The novelty of this method lies in the fact that due to the complex effect of small molecules of plant origin on the body of a bird, in combination with an enzyme-containing diet, an increase in the weight gain of broiler chickens is achieved.
The essence of the proposed method
The proposed method consists in a single daily administration of trans-cinnamic aldehyde at a dosage of 0.8 mg/kg of live weight and 7,8-dihydroxy-4-methylcoumarin - 0.5 mg/kg of live weight against the background of an enzyme-containing diet (Akstra™ XAR 102 TPT - input rate of 0.5 mg/kg of feed) during the entire period of poultry rearing.
An example of a specific implementation.
The studies were carried out in the conditions of the center for the collective use of scientific equipment of the Federal Scientific Center of the BST RAS on broiler chickens of the Arbor Icres cross. For the experiment, 36 heads of 7-day-old broiler chickens were selected, which were divided into 3 groups (n=12) by the analogy method. During the experiment, all birds were kept in the same conditions. The formation of diets for experimental birds during the research was carried out in accordance with all nutritional parameters in accordance with the recommendations of VNITIP [7]. Control group - basic diet (OP); I experienced - OR + Axtra™ XAR 102 TPT (0.5 mg/kg of feed); II experimental - OP + Axtra™ XAR 102 TPT (0.5 mg/kg of feed) + trans-cinnamic aldehyde at a dosage of 0.8 mg/kg of live weight and 7,8-dihydroxy-4-methylcoumarin 0.5 mg/kg live weight. The scheme of the experiment is presented in Table 1. The microclimate in the room met the requirements of VNITIP. Feeding of the experimental bird was carried out 2 times a day, accounting for feed - daily.
2.According to the results of the study, it was found that the rate of live weight gain of broiler chickens on the 21st day of the experiment in the I experimental group exceeded the control values by 8.1% (p≤0.05), in the II group by 15.9% (p≤0, 05). By the end of the experimental period (35 days), the dynamics of body weight in group I was higher by 14.4% (p≤0.05), in group II by 15.9% (p≤0.05) relative to the control. The results of the study of the dynamics of live weight are presented in table 2.
II.A number of zootechnical indicators of broiler chickens are presented in Table 3. The safety of broiler chickens during the growing period in all the studied groups was at a high level - 100%. Feed costs per 1 kg of live weight gain, when growing broiler chickens, were lower compared to the control group by 7.9% in the I experimental group and by 10.3% in the II.
Биохимические показатели крови исследуемых групп находились в пределах физиологической нормы, что говорит об отсутствие токсического эффекта вводимых добавок (таблица 4).The biochemical parameters of the blood of the studied groups were within the physiological norm, which indicates the absence of the toxic effect of the introduced additives (Table 4).
The concentration of urea in the I experimental group is 14.3% (p≤0.05) higher than in the control group, in II by 28.6% (p≤0.05). Being an indicator of the balance between the rate of synthesis in the liver and the rate of excretion by the kidneys with urine, the level of urea reflects the costs of the body's protein fund.
The analysis revealed a statistically significant decrease in alanine aminotransferase in the I experimental group by 14.8% (p≤0.05), in the II group by 11.5% (p≤0.05) relative to the control. Serum enzyme activity reflects the rate of enzyme synthesis within the cell and the level of excretion from it.
(11,2-11,8).The influence of the studied complex on the level of carbohydrate metabolism was not revealed. This is evidenced by the absence of differences in glucose levels between groups (11.2-11.8).
9,1 % (p≤0,05).In the course of the study, the fact of the influence of the studied additives on lipid metabolism was established, as evidenced by a decrease in triglycerides in group I by 31.3% (p≤0.05), in group II by 15.6% (p≤0.05) compared with control values. In experimental group I, a decrease in cholesterol levels by 9.1% (p≤0.05) was recorded.
Thus, the proposed method of feeding the main enzyme-containing diet with the inclusion of a complex of small molecules of plant origin (trans-cinnamic aldehyde and 7,8-dihydroxy-4-methylcoumarin) is highly effective and provides an increase in the productivity of broiler chickens.
