Description
The invention relates to veterinary medicine, in particular to complex preparations for the prevention and treatment of hepatosis in broiler chickens. The complex preparation contains in its composition: larch bioflavonoid complex - 0.02 mg/g; vitamin A - 500 IU / g; vitamin Dz - 250 IU / g; vitamin E - 0.2 mg / g.
EFFECT: invention provides effective prevention and treatment of toxic lesions of the liver of broiler chickens in order to increase the safety and productivity of the bird.
In liver pathology, regardless of etiology, the leading pathomorphological syndrome is cytolysis caused by increased permeability and (or) destruction of hepatocyte membranes and their organelles with the development of hyperenzymemia of the mitochondrial enzyme AsAT and cytoplasmic enzyme AlAT. To correct the cytolytic syndrome, it is currently advisable to include drugs with hepatoprotective and membrane stabilizing effects in modern pharmacotherapy of chronic liver damage, which can be achieved by activating antioxidant systems, in particular, using antioxidants.
Therefore, the problem of finding new effective drugs that combine immunostimulating, antioxidant and
К тому же большинство применяемых в ветеринарной медицине препаратов дорогостоящие, что побуждает химиков, фармакологов и ветеринарных врачей к поиску высокоактивных отечественных гепатопротекторов.anti-inflammatory properties remains very relevant, despite the fact that a lot of drugs are offered to eliminate this pathology. Each of these drugs, having a certain positive effect based on different types of mechanisms, exhibits serious side effects. In addition, most of the drugs used in veterinary medicine are expensive, which prompts chemists, pharmacologists and veterinarians to search for highly active domestic hepatoprotectors.
Данный пробиотик содержит бациллы B.subtilis и B.lichenintormis. (1).Known means of preventing hepatosis - probiotic Biosporin. This probiotic contains B.subtilis and B.lichenintormis bacilli. These microorganisms, populating the intestines, do not allow pathogenic microorganisms, fungi and toxins to enter the bloodstream and cause hepatosis. The probiotic is given with feed during the first five days of life of young chickens. The disadvantage of this tool is the rapid disappearance of the effect of the probiotic (1).
Known means for the prevention of hepatosis in chickens (patent No. 2414240 dated 11/23/2009). It contains, in addition to antihepatotoxic serum, antisplenotoxic serum, which enhances the action of antihepatotoxic serum and increases the body's natural resistance. The disadvantage of this tool is the complexity and long period of its receipt.
The objective of the invention is to create a complex preparation for the prevention and treatment of hepatosis in broiler chickens. When developing the drug, the antioxidant effect of fat-soluble vitamins and the larch bioflavonoid complex was taken into account.
The drug is a free-flowing powdery mass of cream color and contains in its composition: larch bioflavonoid complex - 0.02 mg/g; vitamin A - 500 IU / g; vitamin D 3 - 250 IU / g; vitamin E - 0.2 mg / g.
This drug has a significant effect on the restoration of hepatocyte function and has an antioxidant effect. Under the action of the bioflavonoid complex, liver function is normalized due to the activation of the body's natural defense mechanisms developed in the process of evolution. In addition, vitamin E, which is part of the drug, is the main antioxidant defense that protects and strengthens cell membranes. Being a kind of trap for free radicals, it plays a significant role in the functioning of the antioxidant defense of the whole organism.
To assess the therapeutic effect of the drug on the principle of analogues, 4 groups of 10-day-old broiler chickens were formed, 120 heads each. The birds were kept in the same room in adjacent cages. The first group was the control group and received feed according to the diet adopted in the farm. In addition to the diet for 20 days, the experimental groups received the drug at the rate of 1.0, 2, 0 and 3.0 g/kg of body weight. Birds were observed until the end of rearing.
From the data presented in the table it can be seen that the highest average daily gains of chickens were in the 3rd and 4th experimental groups, where the maximum doses of the drug were used (by 11.9 and 12.4% higher than the control), slightly lower - in the second (by 7.9 ). In the same groups there was 100% safety.
In terms of feed costs, the same pattern was observed: the highest feed conversion was where the maximum doses of the complex preparation were fed.
Щелочная фосфатаза уменьшилась: от дозы 1,0 г/кг - на 9,6%, от доз 2,0 и 3,0 г/кг - на 18,1 и 16,7% соответственно по сравнению с контролем (во всех случаях р<0,05-0,01).When studying the biochemical composition of poultry blood, a positive effect of the drug on the bird's body was established. So, at the end of the experimental period from all the doses studied, there was a decrease in glucose in the blood serum, and it was significant only from the maximum doses of the drug (by 28.7 and 25.4%, respectively, compared with the control, at p<0.05). Alkaline phosphatase decreased: from a dose of 1.0 g/kg - by 9.6%, from doses of 2.0 and 3.0 g/kg - by 18.1 and 16.7%, respectively, compared with the control (in all cases p<0.05-0.01).
After the use of the drug, there was a decrease in the activity of transamination enzymes. At the same time, the activity of aspartate aminotransferase decreased from all studied doses: by 7.7% of the minimum dose of the drug (p<0.05) and by 28.4 and 26.8%, respectively, from doses of 2.0 and 3.0 g/kg body weight (p<0.01). The activity of alanine aminotransferase significantly decreased only from the maximum doses of the drug: by 26.1% from a dose of 2.0 g/kg and by 24.8% from a dose of 3.0 g/kg of body weight. These changes indicate the normalization of hepatocyte function.
The high hepatotropic efficacy of the drug can be explained by the presence of a larch bioflavonoid complex (antioxidant) and fat-soluble vitamins in it.
All used components of the developed complex drug for the prevention and treatment of hepatosis in broiler chickens are not expensive and are widely available on the modern market of veterinary drugs, i.e. the invention can be applied in almost every household.
