Abstract
Description
The invention relates to veterinary medicine, relates to a method for controlling the so-called "industrial" diseases of chickens and can be used to control mycoplasmosis infection of young chickens.
"Метод контролируемой инфекции" включает общие ветеринарно-санитарные мероприятия, применение средств, снижающих "микробное давление" на организм, и лекарственных препаратов, подавляющих активность возбудителя, повышающих общую резистентность организма /1/.The main method of combating "industrial" diseases of poultry is the "method of controlled infection", i.e. management of infectious, epizootic and immunological processes. "Method of controlled infection" includes general veterinary and sanitary measures, the use of drugs that reduce "microbial pressure" on the body, and drugs that suppress the activity of the pathogen, increase the overall resistance of the body / 1 /.
Известны способы управления инфекционными процессами, обусловленными микоплазмами, включающие комплекс санитарно-ветеринарных мероприятий и использование активных антибиотиков, предпочтительно антимикоплазмозных - тилана, тетрациклина, гидрохлорида, морфоциклина, олеандомицина, антибактериальных - например, неомициннового ряда, а также нитрофуранов и оксихинолинов /2/.Known methods for controlling infectious processes caused by mycoplasmas, including a set of sanitary and veterinary measures and the use of active antibiotics, preferably antimycoplasmosis - tylan, tetracycline, hydrochloride, morphocycline, oleandomycin, antibacterial - for example, neomycin series, as well as nitrofurans / 2 oxynes.
A common disadvantage of using antibiotics is the relatively low efficiency due to the emergence of resistant forms of mycoplasmas as a result of prolonged use of antibiotics in doses below their therapeutic level, as well as feeding of native antibiotic preparations to increase productivity. In addition, mycoplasmas are an intracellular parasite, while in the cells, are inaccessible to the antibiotic. Currently, the question of the possibility of transferring resistant microorganisms to humans is not clearly resolved, therefore, in accordance with the concept of the prudent use of antibiotics in veterinary practice, they reduce the use of those antimicrobial substances that are used in humane medicine. Antimicrobial substances rarely used in humane medicine include fluoroquinolones, for example enrofloxacin / 3 /. Enrofloxacin acts bactericidal by blocking the DNA of the nucleus of a microbial cell. It is effective against gram-negative and gram-positive microflora, has no toxic effect and does not cause allergic reactions.
As a preferred analogue, a method for the prevention of avian respiratory mycoplasmosis is considered, including the use of Colmix-E, which is a solution containing 10% enrofloxacin and 90% solvent, in combination with succinic acid in the first 14 days of cultivation / 4 /. The disadvantage of this method is the lack of effectiveness.
The purpose of the invention is the development of an effective way to control mycoplasma infection of young chickens, the use of which would easily fit into the technology of keeping poultry.
The goal is achieved by a method of controlling mycoplasmosis infection of young chickens, including the use of an immunobiotic preparation as a biologically active agent.
Иммунобак - иммунобиотический препарат, содержащий комплекс интерферонов и бактерий-эубитиков (бифидобактерий, лактобацилл, стрептококков) и вспомогательных компонентов /5/.Immunobak is an immunobiotic preparation containing a complex of interferons and eubitic bacteria (bifidobacteria, lactobacilli, streptococci) and auxiliary components / 5 /.
The method is as follows.
10% enrofloxacin solution is administered orally to chickens with drinking water at a rate of 50 ml / 100 l of water once a day for 5 days in combination with an immunobaque preparation at a rate of 0.5-2 doses per head 2 times a day for 5 days, moreover, the therapeutic effect is carried out in three courses at the age of 6-10, 30-34 and 70-74 days.
The novelty of the claimed method of controlling mycoplasmosis infection of young chickens is the use of an immunobiotic preparation as a biologically active preparation. The combined use of enrofloxacin and an immunobank provides suppression of the pathogen and the formation of a general nonspecific adaptive reaction, characterized by increased resistance and balance of various types of metabolism, due to the predominance of eubiotics in the intestine that impedes the propagation of pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microflora, and normalizes intestinal microbiocenosis, which indicates the presence of intestinal microbiocenosis the decision of "inventive step".
The feasibility and effectiveness of the method was determined in a scientific and production experiment in a poultry farm for 40 thousand heads of Isa-Brown cross chickens aged 1-120 days. From an epizootic point of view, the poultry farm is safe for acute infections, it carried the whole range of vaccinations: against Gamboro diseases and infectious bronchitis at 11 days of age, against Newcastle disease at 19-21 days. Of the chronic diseases, respiratory mycoplasmosis and colibacillosis were diagnosed. The poultry content was cellular; the type of feeding was dry; it corresponded to the standards of VNITIP. Throughout the experiment, the bird was constantly watched. A large number of birds that were under observation allowed to exclude factors that could distort the objective assessment of the claimed method.
The essence of the method is illustrated by examples.
1, 2, 3.Example 1. To study the effectiveness of the use of enrofloxacin and an immunobank when administered orally, two groups of chickens of daily age were formed on the basis of analogues. Treatment and preventive measures were carried out in three courses at the age of 6-10, 30-34 and 70-74 days. Clinical observations were made of the bird. Chickens of the first group were fed a 10% enrofloxacin solution at the rate of 50 ml / 100 l of water 1 time per day for 5 days. In addition to enrofloxacin, the chickens of the second group were given an immunob tank 2 times a day for 5 days in three courses: at the age of 6-10 days at the rate of 0.5 dose per head, at the age of 30-34 days - at the rate of 1 dose per head, at the age of 70 -74 days - based on 2 doses per head. Clinical observations were made of the bird. Considering that mycoplasmosis infection was an unfavorable background, in which the course of concomitant infections became especially severe, special attention was paid to the mortality from infectious and non-infectious pathologies. Blood serum was tested in an agglutination reaction (RA). The results are presented in tables 1, 2, 3.

The data obtained indicate a significant prophylactic effect of enrofloxacin alone and in combination with an immunobank. The additional use of the immunobank provided an improvement in individual clinical indicators. So, the safety, the average daily gain, the uniformity of the livestock increased, sanitary slaughter and feed consumption per unit of production decreased.
To study the effectiveness of using the immunobank on the basis of analogues, two groups of chickens of daily age were formed. Treatment and preventive measures were carried out in three courses at the age of 6-10, 30-34 and 70-74 days. Chickens of the first group were fed tilan at the rate of 0.5 g / l of water 1 time per day for 5 days. Chickens of the second group - 10% enrofloxacin solution at the rate of 50 ml / 100 l of water according to the same scheme. Additionally, the chickens of both groups were fed an immunobank 2 times a day for 5 days in three courses: at the age of 6-10 days at the rate of 0.5 dose per head, at the age of 30-34 days - at the rate of 1 dose per head, at the age of 70- 74 days - at the rate of 2 doses per head. Accounting for the results, as in example 1 (tables 4, 5, 6).

2,4%.The positive dynamics of the compared indicators confirmed the effectiveness of the combined use of enrofloxacin with an immunobank compared with the combined use of tilan with an immunobank. So, in the second group, the mortality rate from infectious and non-infectious pathologies amounted to the second group of 20 compared to 37.9% in the first group. Moreover, in the second group there was no death from respiratory diseases, while in the first group the corresponding indicator was 2.4%.
7.Example 3. According to the principle of analogues formed three groups of chickens of daily age. Preventive treatment was carried out according to the following schemes: the first group - three courses at the age of 6-10, 30-34 and 70-74 days orally 10% enrofloxacin solution at the rate of 50 ml / 100 l of water 1 time per day for 5 consecutive days and additionally immunobank 2 times a day for 5 days from the calculation: at the age of 6-10 days, 0.5 dose per head, at the age of 30-34 days - 1 dose per head, at the age of 70-74 days - 2 doses per head (declared way). The second group - oral 10% solution of enrofloxacin at the rate of 50 ml / 100 l of water 1 time per day for the first 14 days of cultivation and, additionally, with succinic acid at a rate of 20 mg / kg body weight (prototype method). The third group - oral tilan at the rate of 0.5 g / l of water 1 time per day for 5 days (basic method). Clinical observations were made of the bird. The results are presented in table 7.
