The invention relates to hydrocarbon compositions based on products of oil refining-marine residual fuels and can be used at enterprises of the oil refining industry, ships of the sea, river and fishing fleet with medium-speed and low-speed diesel engines.
It is known that fuel oil is low-viscosity, containing heating oil of the M40 or Ml00 brand (35-60% by weight), gas condensate with a C 1 -C 4 fraction in it in an amount of not more than 0.3 - 1.0% by weight (50-25 % wt.) and a kerosene-gas oil fraction (1-40% of the mass). (RF patent No. 2 311 443, C10L1 / 04, op. 7.11.2007)
A disadvantage of the known fuel is the high viscosity of the main component of fuel oil, which reduces the speed of preparation of the composition, while increasing losses and disrupting the component composition.
Known fuel composition of dispersed fuel oil, intended as a process fuel in industrial enterprises, in enterprises of energy and heat supply, on ships of the river and navy, including as marine fuel, which includes heating oil of the M40 or M100 brand (35-60 % by mass), a kerosene-gas oil fraction (1-40% by mass) and an oil and gas condensate mixture (25-50% by mass) containing a mixture of stabilized gas condensate with a content of C 1 -C 4 fraction in an amount of not more than 0.3 - 1.0% of the mass with 5 - 95% of the mass, oil sludge sludge. (RF patent No. 2405809, C10L / 04, op. 10.06.2010).
The disadvantage of this composition is the low flash point (less than 60 ° C) that does not meet the requirements for marine residual fuels of the brand RMD-80, RMG-180, RMG-380, meeting the requirements of the international and national standard ISO 8217: 2010 or the national state standard GOST R 54299-2010, due to the increased content of gas condensate.
The closest in technical essence to the claimed invention is a high-viscosity marine fuel oil based on fuel oil, which additionally contains a residue of 200 ° C - KK rectification mixture of trap oil and sludge after two-stage dehydration and a mixture of trap oil and oil sludge after three-stage dehydration in the following ratio of components,% mass :

(RF patent No. 2084494, C10L1 / 04, op. July 20, 2003).
Эти требования ужесточаются в соответствии с Приложением 7 к техническому регламенту Таможенного союза «О требованиях к автомобильному, авиационному бензину, дизельному и судовому топливу, топливу для реактивных двигателей и топочному мазуту (TP ТС 013/2011), где содержание серы в судовых топливах должно быть не более 0,5% масс, (с 01.01. 2020 г.)A disadvantage of the known composition is the high sulfur content (more than 0.5 - 1.5%), which does not meet the requirements for marine fuels of the grades RMD-80, RMG-180, RMG-380, meeting the requirements of the international and national standard ISO 8217: 2010 or domestic state standard GOST R 54299-2010, due to the increased content of sulfur components. These requirements are tightened in accordance with Appendix 7 to the technical regulation of the Customs Union “On requirements for automotive, aviation gasoline, diesel and marine fuel, jet fuel and heating oil (TP TS 013/2011), where the sulfur content in marine fuels should be no more than 0.5% of the mass, (from 01.01. 2020)
Кроме того, вовлечение в состав топливной композиции ловушечной нефти и нефтешлама обуславливает повышенное содержание воды 0,9% и более высокую зольность 0,1 - 0,12, превышающие норму на судовые остаточные топлива ISO 8217:2010 (не более 0,5% воды и зольность не более 0,10%).In addition, the involvement of trap oil and oil sludge in the fuel composition causes an increased water content of 0.9% and a higher ash content of 0.1 - 0.12, exceeding the norm for ship residual fuels ISO 8217: 2010 (not more than 0.5% water and ash content of not more than 0.10%).
ISO 8217:2010.The technical result, the invention is aimed at, is to reduce the sulfur, water and ash content in the proposed composition with obtaining marine fuel grades RMD-80, RMG-180, RMG-380 that meet the requirements of the international standard ISO 8217: 2010.
The specified technical result is achieved in that the shipboard residual fuel, including heating oil and the oil fraction, according to the invention, as the oil fraction using the residual fraction with a boiling point (T NK ) 140 ° C low-sulfur oil with a sulfur content of not more than 0.5% in the following ratio of components,% mass .:
