Abstract
Description
The invention relates to medicine, namely to methods for improving the effects on the human body.
A known method of healing effects on the human body by conducting massage procedures along the nerve.
А61Н 23/00, 1990).(Auth. Certificate. USSR No. 1569013, class A61H 23/00, 1990).
When carrying out treatment in this way, a vibrating massage is applied to the entire reflexogenic zone of the damaged nerve by the vibration massage apparatus sequentially at certain frequencies and for a certain time for each session.
The implementation of this method does not fully restore the function of the peripheral nerve, since the apparatus massage, including vibro-massage, hydromassage, and vacuum massage does not allow to thinly differentiate the treatment.
This disadvantage is overcome in another known method of healing effects on the human body, including manual exposure to tissues and peripheral nerves.
А61Н 23/00, 1996)(RF patent №2119788, class А61Н 23/00, 1996)
According to this method, an increased tension of the peripheral nerve is diagnosed by palpation, a massage procedure is performed along the nerve, a transverse force is applied to the nerve and the place of application along the nerve is moved to its periphery.
Thus, the restoration of peripheral nerve function is ensured.
This method according to the technical nature and the achieved result is closest to the proposed one.
However, this method is not effective enough, since 10-20 sessions are required to improve the general physical condition.
The objective of the claimed method is to increase the effectiveness of the healing effects on the human body.
The solution to this problem is achieved by a method of healing effects on the human body, including manual exposure to tissues and peripheral nerves, while the exposure is carried out in two stages, each of which consists of 3-4 repeated effects, at the first stage, each effect includes pressure on the muscle with hands, a ligament or fascia passing over the nerve, followed by stretching of the muscle, ligament or fascia within the elastic tissue barrier proximal and distal, and displacement of the muscle, ligament or fascia to the limit x the tissue elastic barrier clockwise and counterclockwise, holding the tissue until it relaxes, and then re-shifting the tissue clockwise and counterclockwise; and at the second stage, pressure is applied to the nerve and stretched in the distal direction within the elastic tissue barrier with one hand while holding the tissues surrounding the nerve with the other hand until they relax.
An unexpected result of the application of this method was the effect of increasing the effectiveness of the healing effect on a person when using such a technique as holding the surrounding peripheral nerves in the places of anatomical narrowing before and after the direct impact on a particular nerve for a certain time interval. The author called it neurobalancing.
