Известны способы лечения структурных и функциональных нарушений в тканях человека путем ручного контактного воздействия на больной орган в мануальной терапии, остеопатии и хиропрактике. В России хиропрактика называлась костоправным делом, которая в XX веке не оформилась в вид официальной медицины. Новокузнецк, 2005, с.54, заключающийся в диагностике проблемных участков тела тестированием мышц с последующим расслаблением больного органа ручным воздействием мягкими приемами и дальнейшим проведением поверхностного вибрационного поглаживания и массажем поверхностных тканей. Заканчивается сеанс проведением лечебно-физкультурного комплекса с упором на силовые упражнения. Данный способ обеспечивает только слабо выраженный эффект устранения болей и ограничения движений. Особенностью проведения хиропрактического массажа является то, что пальцы, ладони врача помнят состояние проблемных участков, выявленных во время диагностики, и отмечают динамику лечебных изменений. Лечение продолжают приемами лечебной физкультуры с акцентом на активное и пассивное растягивание проблемных участков тела. Затем больного укладывают на жесткий хиропрактический стол, поперек него со свисающими ногами, проводят диагностирование пальцами рук для выявления проблемных участков тела в виде ограничения подвижности позвоночных сегментов, суставов конечностей или функциональных нарушений внутренних органов, а также болезненных изменений тканей. Время воздействия одного толчка 0,5-1,0 сек, количество толчков от 5 до 20. Сила воздействия рук от 10 до 100 кг на 50 кв.см. В дальнейшем проводят хиропрактический массаж, положив больного на живот вдоль хиропрактического стола. Массаж осуществляют руками, начиная с легких поглаживающих движений поверхностных мягких тканей и, постепенно усиливая давление, доходя до сухожилий и связок пальцами, кулаками и локтями. В зависимости от результатов диагностики массируют как непосредственно проблемный участок тела, так и ближайшие и отдаленные участки в течение 10-15 мин, с различной силой воздействия рук. Заканчивают лечение приемами лечебной физкультуры, основным компонентом которой являются специально подобранные для каждого человека упражнения, направленные на пассивное и активное растягивание пораженных мышц, сухожилий, связок и суставов. Больной Т. 30 лет, диагноз - дорсопатия, межпозвонковая грыжа L5-S1 с корешковым синдромом в стадии обострения. MP-исследование показало наличие боьшой (10 мм) левосторонней медиолатеральной грыжи диска L5-S1, грубо деформирующей дуральный мешок, частично стенозирующей просвет позвоночного канала, смещающей корешки конского хвоста. Больному в течение 3 недель было проведено 15 комплексных процедур на область пояснично-крестцового отдела позвоночника и всех мягких тканей поясничного региона. Боли в пояснице и левой ноге полностью прекратились, восстановилась подвижность поясничных сегментов, исчез сколеоз и спазм мускулатуры. Повторное MP-исследование показало уменьшение грыжи диска L5-S1 до 8 мм. Визуальное и пальпаторное обследование показало сглаженность поясничного лордоза, ограничение функционирования позвонковых сегментов L5-S1 и спазм поясничной мускулатуры. Компьютерная томография показала наличие дорсального пролапса диска L5-S1 до 11 мм с картиной сдавливания корешков. Больной в течение 2 недель проведено 10 комплексных хиропрактических процедур на область поясничного отдела позвоночника и всех мягких тканей поясничного региона. Боли прекратились, восстановился поясничный лордоз, устранился спазм мускулатуры. Повторная компьютерная томография показала значительное уменьшение грыжи диска L5-S1 до 5-6 мм. Больной С. 42 года, диагноз - хронический пиелонефрит в стадии обострения. Анализ крови показал наличие повышенного РОЗ до 29 мм, лейкоцитоз - до 11,2. Анализ мочи показал наличие белка - 0,033/л, лейкоциты 10-15-18, эритроциты 1-2 в п/зр. Было проведено 10 комплексных хиропрактических процедур с акцентом на восстановление функции почек. Больной Я. 57 лет, диагноз - дорсопатия, ишемическая болезнь сердца, стенокардия напряжения. Жалобы на боли в спине, грудной клетке, «туман» перед глазами. Была проведена электрокардиография, показавшая наличие диффузных изменений миокарда по типу ишемии. Больному было проведено 5 комплексных хиропрактических процедур, направленных на освобождение нервных корешков, иннервирующих сердечную мышцу. Функционирование грудного отдела позвоночника полностью восстановилось, боли в спине и грудной клетке прошли. Повторная электрокардиография признаков ишемии миокарда не обнаружила. Предлагаемый способ лечения структурных нарушений в тканях тела человека позволяет повысить эффективность лечения различных заболеваний и, как следствие, сократить сроки утраты трудоспособности и повысить качество и продолжительность жизни. Способ не требует медикаментозного обеспечения, легко реализуется в стационарах, в поликлинических учреждениях, в реабилитационных центрах, санаторно-курортных учреждениях, а также в залах физической культуры. Данному способу реабилитации вполне возможно обучить других специалистов, желательно с медицинским образованием.The proposed method for the treatment of structural disorders in the tissues of the human body can improve the effectiveness of the treatment of various diseases and, as a result, reduce the time of disability and increase the quality and duration of life.
