Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention generally relates to the field of automobile industry.

In particular, the invention relates to a vehicle seat comprising a seat and a backrest that comprise a frame, a pad and an outer cover.

The invention also relates to a motor vehicle comprising a chassis on which the above seat is mounted.

State of the art

During severe braking or a road accident, there is a danger of shock to the passengers of the vehicle from the items in the trunk of this vehicle. If these items are heavy, then preferably they are secured in the trunk of the vehicle.

This problem arises, in particular, in vehicles with three rows of seats, in which the intermediate row seats can recline on the front seats and in which the rear row seats can be removed to free up maximum space in the trunk.

Indeed, during the transportation of bulky items, the back row seats are usually cleaned and laid on the one hand in the trunk, so they become potentially dangerous for passengers.

Thus, the need to mount them in the trunk creates two problems for the user.

The first problem is finding an adequate restraint, such as a belt.

The second problem is finding the attachment points for firmly securing this belt in the trunk.

Since there is no adequate means of restraint and no appropriate means of fastening provided in the trunk, the result obtained is usually not optimal and impractical.

Disclosure of invention

The objective of the invention is to eliminate the above disadvantages inherent in known devices, by creating a new seat of a vehicle, which allows to facilitate the fastening of any element in the trunk of a vehicle.

The problem is solved in the chair, characterized in the introductory part, in which there is at least one belt, the first end of which is fixed to the seat or back frame and the second end of which protrudes outward from the outer cover through the passage hole made therein.

Thanks to the invention, the belt always remains accessible to the user in his known position. In addition, the first end of this belt is already firmly fixed to the seat frame, which facilitates the operation of laying items in the trunk of the vehicle.

Thus, the ease of use of the belt allows the user to use it more often to ensure their safety.

The chair in accordance with the invention also has other preferred, but non-limiting features:

- the outer cover contains a pocket for storing the belt;

- the specified pocket is located behind the back;

- the specified passage hole is in the pocket;

- the specified passage hole is in the bottom of the pocket;

- the first end of the belt is fixed to the backrest frame; and

- the belt contains persistent means, made with the possibility of holding its second end outside the packing.

A motor vehicle in accordance with the invention also has other preferred, but non-limiting features:

- the specified chair contains at least one hook and is made with the possibility of folding and detaching from the chassis in a position in which its belt can be mounted on the headrest of another chair when its hook is hooked on the chassis or another chair; and

- the specified chair is located behind two rows of chairs, which respectively comprise at least one front seat and at least one intermediate seat, the belt being able to engage the head restraint of the front seat when the hook is hooked on the intermediate seat.

Brief Description of the Drawings

The invention and its implementation will be more apparent from the following description, presented by way of non-limiting example, with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Figure 1-6 shows a schematic illustration of the seats of a vehicle in accordance with the invention, illustrating the various steps of installing these seats in a folded position;

Fig.7 shows a schematic perspective view of the seats of the vehicle of Fig.1, in the folded position;

on Fig-10 shows a detailed view of the means of holding the seats of the vehicle shown in figure 1, in the folded position;

1 schematically shows the chassis 2 and the seats 11, 31, 51 of the vehicle 1. The chassis 2 has a classic shape and one end is located on the side of the hood of the vehicle, and the opposite end is on the side of the trunk of the vehicle.

In the further text of the description, the terms “front” and “rear” will designate respectively the place located on the side of the hood and the place located on the side of the trunk of this vehicle 1.

In this figure 1, the seats 11, 31, 51 are shown in the position of use, that is, in the position in which the passenger can sit on them. They are mounted on the chassis 2 in three rows 10, 30, 50.

In this case, a first front row 10 is distinguished, comprising at least one front seat 11, a third rear row 50, comprising at least one rear seat 51, and a second intermediate row 30 located between the first front row 10 and the third rear near 50 and containing at least one intermediate chair 31.

As is more clearly shown in Fig. 7, in this case there are two separate front seats 11, two combined rear seats 51 forming a rear bench, and three intermediate seats 31, of which two are combined, and the third is made separately from the first two.

As shown in figure 1, each chair 11, 31, 51 contains a seat 12, 32, 52 and a back 13, 33, 53, interconnected by articulated means 14, 34, 54, as well as a height-adjustable headrest 16, 36, 56.

As shown in FIG. 10, the seat 12, 32, 52 and the backrest 13, 33, 53 of each chair 11, 31, 51 comprise a frame 55, a pad (not shown) and an outer cover 58. The frame 55 contains a metal tube bent to form frames. The packing in this case is formed by a foam block held in position in the frame 55. The outer cover 58 is made of fabric and aesthetically closes the packing.

As shown in Fig.7, the hinge means 14 of the front seats 11 allow you to adjust the inclination of the backs 13 with respect to the seats 12.

The hinge means 34, 54 of the intermediate seats 31 and the rear seats 51 allow folding the backs 33, 53 onto the seats 32, 52 like a wallet (see Fig. 4) to free up space in the trunk of a vehicle 1.

Intermediate seats 31 are mounted movably with the possibility of reclining on the chassis 2 by means of rotary means 35 so that they can be folded into a folded position, called the "movie position", to the front seats 11 (see figure 2).

The rear seats 51 are detachable from the chassis 2 in order to free up space in the trunk of the vehicle 1. To do this, they contain legs that are mounted on the frame 55 of their seats 52 and locking means for locking or unlocking the legs relative to the chassis 2, preferably without tool.

According to a preferred feature of the invention, each rear seat 51 comprises at least one belt 62, the first end 63 of which (FIG. 10) is fixed to the frame 55 of its seat 52 or its backrest 53 and the second end 64 of which (see FIG. 11 ) protrudes outward of its outer cover 58 through a through hole 59 made therein.

In particular, each belt 62 is secured with its first end 63 on the lower cross member of the frame 55 of the backrest 53 by means of screwing or glue and protrudes outward through the rear side of the backrest 53 of the rear seat 51.

Thus, the belts 62 of the two rear seats 51 can be used either to fasten items on the backs 52 of the rear seats 51, or to fasten the rear seats 51 themselves in the trunk of the vehicle, which will be described in more detail below.

In this case, as shown, in particular, in FIGS. 11 and 12, the outer cover 58 of the backrest 53 of each rear seat 51 includes a pocket 57 that allows the strap 62 to be folded so as to avoid damage when not in use. This pocket 57 is located behind the backrest 53. It is made in the form of a fabric pocket, the opening of which is stitched along the edges of the slit 57A, cut horizontally in the fabric of the outer cover 58 of the backrest 53. So that the pocket 57 does not go out the slit 57A, the edges and bottom of this pocket 57 are sewn to the outer cover 58 of the backrest 53.

In this case, the passage hole 59 for the belt 62 is preferably located in the bottom of this pocket 57, which facilitates the laying of the belt 62 and allows you to hide the passage hole 59.

As shown in FIG. 12, the belt 62 is additionally equipped with abutment means 65 that prevent it from completely entering the rear seat 51 and becoming inaccessible to the user.

In this case, these abutment means 65 are made in the form of a simple plastic strip by molding on a belt, the length of which exceeds the largest size of the bore 59 to hold it inside the pocket 57 by the edge of this bore 59.

In this case, the belts 62 are designed so that when folding and detaching the rear seats 51 from the chassis 2, press them to the intermediate seats 31 after the latter is in the folded position (see Fig. 7).

In particular, they participate in locking the rear seats 51 on the intermediate seats in the jack position, the seat 52 is against the seat 32, so that the head restraints 56 of the two rear seats 31 are respectively behind the head restraints 16 of the two front seats 11 at a distance of less than one meter from them.

Thus, the belts 62 can block not only the rear seats 51, but also the intermediate seats 31, which are held in the sandwich position between the front seats 11 and the rear seats 51.

Preferably, at least one hook 61 is provided for facilitating the positioning of the rear seats 51 in the jack position against the intermediate seats 31 and for participating in the locking of the seats in this position in each rear seat 51.

These hooks 61 are fixed to the rear seats 51 so that in the use position (FIG. 1) of the rear seats 51, they protrude back and down relative to the chassis 2.

As shown in Fig. 8, these hooks 61 are identical and are rods curved in the form of U to have two parallel branches close to each other.

One of the ends of each hook 61, which is located on the side of the free ends of the branches U, is made curved so that it can be connected by welding with an axle 54A belonging to the hinged means 54 of the rear seats 51.

The other end of each hook 61, which is located on the side of the base U, is also made curved so that the hook 61 can catch on the corresponding part of the intermediate seats 31.

In practice, in order to engage this corresponding part of the intermediate seats 31, first fold, then these intermediate chairs 31 are folded into the folded position (figure 2).

Then the rear seats 51 are folded like a wallet, after which they are disconnected from the chassis 2 (figure 3), acting on their locking means.

Finally, it is necessary to swing the rear seats 51 forward by a simple rotation (see FIGS. 4 and 5) so that their hooks 61 naturally engage in the axle 35A belonging to the turning means 35 of the intermediate seats 31 (FIGS. 9 and 12).

In this case, the belts 62 are made with the possibility of pressing the rear seats 51 to the intermediate seats 31 (Fig.6) by turning them around the axis 35A and then holding them in this folded position.

For this, each belt 62 comprises tensioning means. In this case, the tension means comprise a ratchet mechanism with a lever that is fixed to the belt 62 at a distance from its free end 64.

In addition, the belt 62 is so long that when the rear seats 51 are hooked to the axis 35A of the intermediate seats 31 and still lie on the chassis 2 (FIG. 2), this belt 62 can be wound around the headrest of the front seat 11 and then skipped 64 free end in ratchet gear.

Thus, it is possible to gradually recline the rear seats 51 in the folded position of the support on the intermediate seats 31, pulling the belts 62 using ratchet mechanisms.

Thus, the force required to rotate the rear seats 51 to the folded position is very small, so it is extremely easy to change the configuration of the seats in the vehicle 1.

To return the seats 31, 51 to the use position, it is enough, acting in the reverse order, to loosen the straps 62, to again fold the rear seats 51 back.

Preferably, the handle located under the seat of the rear seats 51 makes it easy to tilt the rear seats 51 back so that they can be locked again on the chassis 2 of the vehicle 1 in the use position.

The present invention is not limited to the described embodiment, and any one of its various versions may be contemplated.

In particular, it can be envisaged that the hooks of the rear seats are mounted on the respective axles not on the intermediate seats, but on the chassis of the vehicle.

You can also replace the hooks of the rear seats with other locking means (snap means, magnetic means, ...), which in this case can be made so that the rear seats freely recline to the intermediate seats.

You can also install belts on the seats of a vehicle containing only one row of seats, and in this case, the only function of these belts is to facilitate the fastening of the item in the trunk of the vehicle.

The seat (51) of a motor vehicle (1), consisting of a seat (52) and a back (53), each of which contains a frame (55), a pad and an outer cover (58), characterized in that it contains at least one a belt (62), the first end (63) of which is fixed to the frame (55) of the seat (52) or back (53) and the second end (64) of which protrudes outward from the outer cover (58) of the seat (52) or back (53) through a passage hole (59) made therein, wherein the outer case (58) comprises a pocket (57) for storing the belt (62), and said passage hole (59) is made in the bottom th pocket (57). 2. Chair (51) according to claim 1, characterized in that said pocket (57) is located behind the backrest (53). 3. Chair (51) according to claim 1, characterized in that the first end (63) of the belt (62) is fixed to the frame (55) of the backrest (53). 4. Armchair (51) according to any one of paragraphs. 1-3, characterized in that the belt (62) contains persistent means (65), made with the possibility of holding its second end (64) outside the packing (64). 5. A motor vehicle (1) containing a chassis (2), characterized in that the chassis (2) is equipped with at least one seat (51) according to one of claims. 1-4. 6. Motor vehicle (1) according to claim 5, characterized in that said seat (51) contains at least one hook (61) and is configured to fold and detach from the chassis (2) in a position in which its belt ( 62) has the ability to mount on the head restraint (16, 36) of another chair (11, 31) when its hook (61) is hooked on the chassis (2) or on another chair (11, 31). 7. Motor vehicle (1) according to claim 6, characterized in that said seat (51) is located behind two rows (10, 30) of seats, which respectively comprise at least one front seat (11) and at least one intermediate the seat (31), and the belt (62) is adapted to engage the head restraint (16) of the front seat (11) when the hook (61) is engaged on the intermediate seat (31).
