The disadvantage of this tool is too multicomponent collection of medicinal plants. The presence of an allergy or individual intolerance to at least one component makes it impossible to use it for many patients.

It was experimentally established that preparations from fresh leaves of black currant have the ability to stimulate lymphatic drainage of tissues in normal and pathological conditions due to both an increase in the volume of primary lymph and a stimulating effect on the motor activity of lymphangions

Effect on IHT and LD. Infusion of blackcurrant leaves enhances IHT and LD. The enhanced fluid flow washes away toxic products, which improves the conditions of existence and activity of cells. Some toxic substances are destroyed in the lymph nodes.

An infusion of blackcurrant leaves has an active cleansing effect on the liver, myocardium, walls of arterial vessels and, which is unique from our point of view, on the lymph nodes. The role of the latter in immunity is well known. However, "cleaned" lymph nodes improve not only their immune function. Their barrier function increases - the ability to delay and neutralize toxic substances that enter them with lymph.

Milk Thistle Seed (Silybum marianum)

Active principles: The composition of the seeds of Milk Thistle includes bioflavonoids (silymarin, silibinin, silidianin, taxophilin, silichristine), macro-and micronutrients (K, Ca, Mg, Mr, Zn, chromium, lead, selenium, etc.), vitamin K, fatty and essential oils, tyramine, histamine. The scientifically proven actions of bioflavonoids of milk thistle include hepatoprotective [L.V. Pastushenkov et al., 1990], antioxidant, cardio- and neuroprotective [X. Zi et al., 2000], anti-estrogenic activity, the ability to regulate the cell cycle and influence the expression of DNA through the nuclear factor or steroid hormone receptors [X. Zi et al., 2000].

In recent years, the antitumor effect of milk thistle bioflavonoids has been identified, associated with their ability to suppress angiogenesis and thereby cause destruction of the blood vessels that feed the tumor [S.V. Lutsenko et al., 2006].

Milk thistle meal contains up to 30% fatty oil, which is a valuable dietary product and medicine.

Scope: The drug “Kamadol” was developed on the basis of milk thistle oil, and the preparation “Silimar” is obtained from milk thistle oil - an analogue of imported drugs Silymarin (Germany), Legalon (SFRY), Karsil (Bulgaria), etc. The main active ingredients of these drugs are flavolignans. The above drugs belong to the group of hepatoprotectors, which have a hepatoprotective effect and are used for acute hepatitis, chronic liver diseases, and cirrhosis. They improve metabolic processes in the liver, increasing its resistance to adverse conditions, increase the activity of liver enzyme systems; accelerate the regeneration of liver cells after damage from toxic effects and infectious diseases. In traditional medicine, the fruits of milk thistle are used in the form of a decoction or powder for inflammation of the liver and spleen, for hepatic colic, jaundice, hemorrhoids and constipation as a bitter tonic

Dietary supplement "Levinasan 1" is a key element of the ERL system. It was experimentally established that the dietary supplement "Levinasan 1" has the ability to accelerate interstitial humoral transport and lymphatic tissue drainage.

The ERL program with the inclusion of dietary supplements “Levinasan 1” is more effective than the standard spa treatment in stopping complaints in elderly patients with IHD. It has the most significant positive effect on general complaints and complaints from the gastrointestinal tract (1.9 and 1.7 times, respectively). Complaints from the cardiovascular and urinary systems are stopped more often 1.4 times, from the musculoskeletal system - 1.3 times, from the central nervous system - 1.2 times. The data obtained allow us to recommend the dietary supplement “Levinasan 1” for the correction of the drainage function of the lymphatic system in patients with diseases of the cardiovascular system. The presence of the drug has a multilateral positive effect on different parts of homeostasis makes it possible to use it for a variety of pathologies of internal organs, as well as to restore and (or) increase the general level of health.

However, the known means for endoecological rehabilitation does not suppress latent viral infections. Viruses (herpes, cytomegalovirus, adenovirus, etc.) are factors that directly suppress the immune system and contribute to the formation of severe immunodeficiency. In such conditions, the ERL resource is insufficient, often cleansing is complicated and additional support for immune defense is required.

The objective of the present invention is to provide a means for endoecological rehabilitation of substances of natural origin with antiviral and immunomodulatory effects.

The technical result from the use of the invention is to increase the immunomodulating and antiviral effect.

When conducting ERL with the claimed means for endoecological rehabilitation, the level of active interferon (a protein substance with an antiviral effect that is produced by the body's cells) rises, phagocytosis (its completeness) qualitatively increases, and the production of antiviral antibodies improves.

The specified technical result is achieved in that the means for endoecological rehabilitation, including blackcurrant and milk thistle, additionally contains propolis in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Blackcurrant - 20-43; milk thistle - 20-43; propolis - 20-43.

The combination of all three components of the proposed tool has the following effect.

Black currants (leaves) and milk thistle (fruits) act as a detoxifying, metabolic activating agent. In the process of detoxification, a huge amount of endotoxins is transported in the pericellular environment, lymph, blood, liver and excretory organs. Endotoxicosis provokes foci of latent infection, primarily herpetic, due to its high prevalence of the population. After ERL, the titers of immunoglobulins G of herpes simplex virus, cytomegalovirus and Epstein-Barr virus (chronic infection) increase sharply or appear with the seronegative variant. If you do not use antiviral treatment at the same time as ERL, detoxification often takes place with exacerbations of herpes infection, giving one or another complication. The process of self-repairing foci of latent infection lengthens and the immunostimulating resource of ERL decreases.

The inclusion of an antiviral ingredient (whole or native propolis) in the detoxifying composition allows you to qualitatively sanitize foci of latent viral infection. Laboratory and clinical results of ESR with an antiviral component prove a significant decrease in titers of immunoglobulins G, a steady increase in the production of interferons by cells, which leads to persistent remissions of herpes infection and a decrease in the incidence of seasonal viral diseases.

The combination of these natural components does not have a synergistic effect, but is fundamentally new, since a separate intake of whole propolis gives the therapeutic effect of a latent infection not activated by endotoxicosis, which has a weaker result. The composition of propolis: about 50% of various resins, 30% of waxes, 6% of balms, 4-10% of essential oils, 5-10% of pollen, tannins, enzymes, flavonoids (15 compounds), amino acids, vitamins: B1, B2, B6, C and A. Trace elements: calcium, magnesium, potassium, copper, zinc, boron, etc.

Flavonoids, flavones, flavonolams, phenolcarboxylic acids, oxycoumarin, furolic and benzoic acids have the highest pharmacological activity. The propolis flavonoid complex acts anti-inflammatory, stabilizes lysosomal membranes, inhibits ATPase and hyaluronidase, has a beneficial effect on the capillary wall and the circulatory system in general. In addition to the choleretic and diuretic effects, propolis flavonoids stimulate endocrine glands (thymus, thyroid, pancreas, adrenal glands). Propolis flavonoids have antiviral, antiparasitic activity, and ferulic and benzoic acids have an antibacterial effect.

Propolis action: propolis suppresses and destroys a wide range of microorganisms (herpes viruses, influenza and hepatitis viruses, tuberculosis bacillus, Trichomonas, fungi, etc.). When treating with propolis, the native microflora is not disturbed. When using propolis, microorganisms do not develop addiction to it over time, which is favorable for the treatment of latent chronic infections. Propolis strengthens the immune system, increasing phagocytosis, increasing the level of gamma globulins in the body, stimulates the production of an antiviral substance - interferon, and activates the complement system. It has a detoxifying, antitumor and antioxidant effect. Propolis stimulates tissue regeneration, corrects the blood coagulation system. Propolis reduces the level of total immunoglobulin E, is a source of serotonin and histamine, which reduces allergic reactions and allows the use of propolis for people with allergic diseases.

An agent for endoecological rehabilitation is prepared as follows. The leaves of blackcurrant and milk thistle are dried and ground to a powder state with a particle size of not more than 0.5 millimeters, mixed with whole or native propolis, and 600 milligram tablets are prepared from the mixture. The content of blackcurrant and milk thistle in the range of 20-43 wt.% Of each component is suitable for a sufficient endoecological effect and has been studied clinically and laboratory (S.G. Toporova, 1998. Increased speed of interstitial transport and lymphatic drainage in the mesentery and small intestine wall of mice).

The content of propolis in the indicated range (20-43%) in combination with milk thistle and blackcurrant has a sufficient antiviral and immunomodulating effect. With an increase in the percentage of propolis and, accordingly, a decrease in the proportion of detoxifying components, there will be an insufficient level of endotoxemia to provoke latent viral foci. With a decrease in the concentration of propolis, it is difficult to achieve a therapeutic antiviral effect, despite the increased level of detoxifying components.

APPLICATION

ADULTS - before meals, with a glass of water, two tablets 2 times a day - for 2 weeks with a break of 1-2 months.

CHILDREN from 4-11 years old - before meals. 1 tablet 2 times a day for 1 week with a break of 1 month.

CHILDREN from 12-15 years old - before meals, 1 tablet 2 times a day for 2 weeks with a break of 1 month.

Acceptance of funds for endoecological rehabilitation can be combined with the intake of other drugs. Negative phenomena were not found.

Example.

Patient K., was admitted to a boarding house with a diagnosis of Hepatosis. Hepatitis of unknown etiology? Obesity. Postcholecystectomy syndrome. Osteocondritis of the spine.

She complained of pain and discomfort in the right hypochondrium, stool disorders, frequent weakness, bitterness in the mouth. According to abdominal ultrasound in K., moderate hepatomegaly, dilated portal and splenic veins, a small amount of free fluid, and signs of portal hypertension were determined. According to the history of aggravating factors (hepatitis A, B, C viruses, professional chemical, alcoholic causes) was not found. Before entering the boarding house, she was tested for herpes viruses: ELISA igG to CMV - 4 times overstated.

To activate the choleretic function of the liver, “Borjomi” warm mineral water was given and the solution was magnified with magnesia (25 mg of magnesium sulfate was dissolved in 200 ml of warm water). In the morning and in the evening they gave enterosorbent (1 tablespoon of enterosgel was dissolved in a glass of decoction of senna and mint).

After treatment, the patient noted a reduction in edema in the legs, the severity in the right hypochondrium decreased, the patient lost 4 cm in waist and 3.5 kg in weight, her mood improved. Clinical trials of the claimed means for endoecological rehabilitation were conducted in the ALSMA boarding house in the Borsky district of the Nizhny Novgorod region. in the period from February 2013 to November 2014 in order to determine its effectiveness in the complex treatment of various diseases in patients with chronic herpetic infection.

Material and methods.

A total of 52 people were divided into two groups. Patients of both groups are comparable in sex, age, and the presence of herpes infection in a history confirmed by laboratory tests (herpes simplex immunoglobulin G types 1 and 2, cytomegalovirus or Epstein-Barr virus in the blood are above normal). Concomitant diagnoses: diseases of the cardiovascular system, musculoskeletal system, gastrointestinal tract, neurological profile.

All patients applied for ERL to detoxify, activate metabolism and stimulate immunity.

1 GROUP (control) - 25 patients. Received endoecological rehabilitation, which included:

Levinasan-1 2 capsules before meals 2 times a day with a glass of water for 10 days; Osinol 2 tablets 2 times a day to stimulate choleretic function; Enterosgel on a dessert spoon 2 times a day as an enterosorbent; Electrophoresis with terrilithin according to Vermel No. 8

SPA treatments in a cedar barrel with lymph-stimulating wraps;

Manual back massage;

Classes on simulators, gymnastics, Finnish walking;

2 GROUP (main) - 27 patients who received similar treatment, but instead of Levinasan-1 they used the proposed remedy for endoecological rehabilitation in tablets of 600 mg 2 times a day for 10 days.

Clinical status was determined in all patients, and 10 days after ERL, laboratory serological tests were performed for titers of herpetic viruses, and the blood formula was also examined.

RESULTS.

The condition of patients in the main and control groups during treatment differed as follows: in the control group, 7 people had an exacerbation of herpetic infection. Rashes on the lips appeared in 3 people, in 1 person with type 2 herpes, eruptions in the inguinal region were noted and in 3 people, herpes infection proceeded without pronounced vesicles on the face, but with regional lymphadenitis, headaches and a sharp deterioration in the general condition. All subjects in the control group noted severe weakness, chilliness, sore throat, and fatigue. We emphasize that the time and severity of exacerbations of chronic diseases were more pronounced.

In patients of the main group who took the proposed tool, exacerbations of herpetic infection were not observed. The general condition of the main group was satisfactory, the clinical manifestations of existing chronic diseases were not acute.

After the ERL, all study participants underwent laboratory examinations that revealed a significant decrease in titers of immunoglobulin G to herpes viruses in the main group. In the general blood test, normalization of the leukocyte formula was noted, hemoglobin levels in the blood increased.

6 months after treatment in a boarding house ALSMA, a study was conducted of the subjects for exacerbations of herpetic infection. All representatives of the main group noted the absence of viral infections over the past period. Eight people in the control group noted the presence of either herpes infection or SARS over the past period, but it was more mild than before the ERL.

FINDINGS:

ERL with the replacement of Levinasan-1 with the claimed drug in the treatment of chronic diseases with herpes infection in the anamnesis showed significant differences in the dynamics of clinical and laboratory parameters.

1. In patients taking the claimed drug, there was no exacerbation of herpetic infection, the general condition was better, the exacerbation of existing chronic diseases was insignificant. Laboratory serological parameters significantly improved. After detoxification, persistent remission was observed for viral infections.

2. Immunomodulation during ERL with the claimed drug allows to achieve better rehabilitation in chronic diseases of various etiologies.

3. The endoecological effect of detoxifying phytocomplexes propolis increases.

4. Generally accepted antiviral treatment is financially expensive and has a number of contraindications. The inventive tool not only qualitatively sanitizes foci of latent viral infection, but also reduces the cost of treatment.

The present invention, when used, allows to increase the antiviral and immunomodulating activity of the agent for endoecological rehabilitation.

An agent for endoecological rehabilitation, including blackcurrant leaves, leaves or fruits of milk thistle and propolis in whole or native form in the following ratio of components, wt.%:
black currant leaves 20-43 thistle leaves and fruits 20-43 propolis 20-43
