Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to the field of metallurgy of silver-based alloys and can be used in the jewelry industry, electronics, electrical engineering and instrumentation.
Ф. Ф. В. - С.211), содержащий, мас.%:Known silver-based solder intended for soldering in the temperature range of 620-640 ° C and used to produce one-piece products (Lashko NF Soldering of metals / NF Lashko, SV Lashko. - M.: “Mechanical Engineering ", 1967. - C.211), containing, wt.%:
This solder has a low soldering temperature, high fluidity. However, a significant drawback of this solder is its cadmium content. Cadmium compounds are very toxic, have harmful effects on the human body and cause occupational diseases, which creates certain difficulties in the manufacture and use of this solder in production, imposes increased requirements on industrial safety and, ultimately, reduces the technological possibilities of using this solder.
Марки), содержащий, мас.%:The closest in the set of essential features, in terms of technical nature and the achieved result is a solder based on silver grade PSR 65 (GOST 19738-74 - Silver solders. Grades), containing, wt.%:
This alloy is adopted as a prototype.
The main disadvantages of this alloy include an increased melting point of 695 ÷ 722 ° C and low fluidity, which limit the scope of this alloy for soldering and tinning jewelry and parts used in electronics.
The main task, the solution of which the proposed technical solution is directed, is to expand the technological capabilities of the use of solder.
Технический результат достигается тем, что припой на основе серебра содержащий медь и цинк, отличающийся тем, что он дополнительно содержит индий при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:The technical result is achieved in that the silver-based solder containing copper and zinc, characterized in that it additionally contains indium in the following ratio of components, wt.%:
Общим для известного и заявляемого припойных сплавов на основе серебра является наличие в сплаве, мас.% в пределах серебра - 64,5÷65,5 и меди - 19,5÷20,5.Common to the known and claimed solder alloys based on silver is the presence in the alloy, wt.% Within silver - 64.5 ÷ 65.5 and copper - 19.5 ÷ 20.5.
The difference from the solder alloy prototype is the additional introduction of the inventive solder alloy indium. Indium compounds are practically harmless to the human body, which significantly reduces difficulties in the manufacture and use of this solder in production, does not impose increased requirements for industrial safety and, thereby, expands the technological capabilities of this solder, including for the manufacture of products with the required consumer properties oriented to the global market.
The optimum indium content in the solder alloy was established experimentally. The addition of indium in an amount of 3.0 ÷ 5.0 wt.% Reduces the temperature of the melt, increases its fluidity and ductility, which significantly improves the technological conditions of soldering. A further increase in the indium content in the composition of the solder alloy decreases its solubility in the solid solution of the Ag-Cu-In system and, with an increase in the indium content above 5.0%, leads to the formation of intermetallic compounds, which causes a sharp increase in the strength of the alloy, a decrease in ductility and fluidity. In turn, a decrease in the indium content below 3.0% increases the soldering temperature and makes it difficult to use this solder when brazing jewelry and parts used in electronics, i.e. reduces the technological possibilities of using this solder.
Thus, there is a causal relationship between the hallmarks and the task at hand. The additional introduction of indium in the composition of the inventive solder alloy based on silver, containing copper and zinc, provides the expansion of the technological possibilities of using solder for brazing and tinning jewelry and parts used in electronics.
1.To obtain the proposed solder, compositions were prepared whose chemical composition and properties are shown in Table 1 in comparison with the known solder.
As can be seen from the table, the inventive solder alloy with different chemical composition in the claimed range of component ratios (alloys No. 2-4) compared with the known, due to the optimal combination of components in the alloy in the specified quantitative ratio, has a lower melting point - 646 ÷ 672 ° C and optimal fluid flow honor.
Thus, the use of the inventive solder alloy in comparison with the prototype expands the technological possibilities of using this solder, including for the manufacture of products with the required consumer properties, oriented to the world market.
