The objective of the invention is to increase the wear resistance of the alloy.
The technical result is achieved in that the nickel-based alloy containing carbon, silicon, manganese, chromium, molybdenum, aluminum, niobium, titanium, iron, vanadium, boron, nitrogen, copper, additionally includes antimony, and the components are in the following ratio, wt .%: carbon 0.3-0.5; silicon 1.5-2.0; manganese 1.5-2.0; chrome 20.0-25.0; molybdenum 4.0-7.0; aluminum 0.1-0.2; niobium 0.3-0.5; titanium 0.1-0.2; iron 6.0-8.0; vanadium 0.3-0.5; boron 0.05-0.1; nitrogen 0.1-0.2; copper 1.0-1.5; antimony 0.01-0.02; nickel - the rest.
The table shows the alloy compositions.
In the composition of the alloy, the components manifest themselves as follows. Molybdenum tends to be distributed along grain boundaries, being present in solid solution. Molybdenum increases the activation energy of self-diffusion of chromium in the alloy. Iron and manganese inhibit the development of diffusion processes in solid solution. Boron forms boride phases: (Mo, Ni) 3 B 4, (Mo, Ni) B 5 4. In the alloy, hardening phases (Ni 3 Al), as well as intermetallic γ phases, are released in an insignificant amount. The combined introduction of titanium and aluminum, as well as silicon, contributes to an increase in the resistance of the alloy to plastic deformation. Copper slows down the development of diffusion processes in solid solution. In a chemically bound state with aluminum, vanadium, titanium and niobium, nitrogen, forming nitrides, becomes an alloying element that improves the structure and mechanical properties of the alloy. Antimony improves the antifriction properties of the alloy, prevents the formation of burrs. Carbon additive contributes to grain refinement.
The alloy is subjected to heat treatment: quenching from 1220 + 10 ° С, holding for 4-6 hours, cooling in air, aging at 950 + 10 ° С, holding for 8 hours, cooling in air.
