Abstract

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: paraumbilical incision of the anterior abdominal wall is performed. Three trocars are inserted into one paraumbilical incision of the anterior abdominal wall. The videolaparoscope and instruments are placed in trocars. The gallbladder is removed. The wound is sutured.

EFFECT: surgery trauma and post-operational pain syndrome are reduced due to reduced number of incisions.

Больного подготавливают к операции по обычной методике. Производят параумбиликальный разрез 1 кожи передней брюшной стенки над пупком 2. По белой линии 3 живота в разрезе 1 устанавливают троакар 4 диаметром 10 мм и троакар 5 диаметром 10 мм. В правом углу разреза 1 устанавливают троакар 6 диаметром 5 мм. В троакар 4 вводят видеолапароскоп (на чертеже не показано) с углом видения 30 или 45 градусов. В троакаре 5 и в троакаре 6 размещают необходимые инструменты и выполняют манипуляции по известной(обычной) методике выделения и отсечения желчного пузыря, который затем извлекают через параумбиликальный разрез 1. Качественно новый положительный эффект достигается за счет сокращения количества разрезов и выражается в снижении травматичности операции, повышении косметического эффекта, снижении болевого синдрома в послеоперационном периоде, сокращении сроков лечения и реабилитации.A qualitatively new positive effect is achieved by reducing the number of incisions and is expressed in reducing the invasiveness of the operation, increasing the cosmetic effect, reducing pain in the postoperative period, shortening the duration of treatment and rehabilitation.

Claims

A method of laparoscopic cholecystectomy by performing an incision of the anterior abdominal wall, installing three trocars, placing a video laparoscope and instruments in the trocars, removing the gall bladder and suturing the wound, characterized in that all three trocars are installed in one paraumbilical incision of the anterior abdominal wall.
