SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following components, kg per 1000 dal of ready product: glucose, 1.0-3.0; xylitol, 1.5-4.5; citric acid, 0.05-0.2; succinic acid, 0.1-0.4; rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength of vodka 40%. Proposed vodka provides reducing toxicity of the ready product, confers to vodka barely detected freshness aroma and barely detected after taste of common wormwood.

EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of vodka.

Изобретение относится к ликероводочной промышленности. Известна водка, содержащая глюкозу, настой проросших зерен овса, фруктозу, спирт этиловый ректификованный «Люкс» и воду питьевую исправленную (патент РФ 2098474, кл. С 12 G 3/06, 1997). Недостатком известной водки является большое содержание сахаров, что отрицательно сказывается на органолептических показателях, свойственных готовому продукту. Известна водка, содержащая лимонную и янтарную кислоту, двууглекислый натрий, сахарный сироп, глицерин и водно-спиртовую жидкость (патент РФ 2144073, кл. С 12 G 3/06, 1999). Недостатком известной водки является невысокие органолептические показатели, низкие диетические свойства. Известна водка, содержащая фруктозу, ксилит, винную кислоту, спирт этиловый ректификованный «Люкс» и воду питьевую исправленную (патент РФ 2130058, кл. С 12 G 3/06, 1999). Недостатком известной водки является высокая ее себестоимость и токсичность.The invention relates to the distillery industry. Техническим результатом предлагаемой водки является снижение токсичности готового продукта и расширение ассортимента водок. Предлагаемую водку получают следующим образом.The proposed vodka is obtained as follows.
