Abstract

The utility model relates to devices for moving and fixing cargo containers on a vehicle platform by means of fitting stops. This utility model makes it possible to move cargo containers or container-type modules from a fitting railway platform to a universal railway platform or vehicle platform located on the same level as the fitting platform, and to fix (secure) the container through the fitting using a mechanical lock. The technical result of the utility model is to expand the technological capabilities and increase the productivity of moving cargo containers from the fitting railway platform when performing loading and unloading operations without the use of standard means of moving the container, simplifying the design of the fastening device, allowing to reduce the time spent on installing and removing the container from the fitting platform in the field conditions. The claimed technical result is ensured by a device for moving a container with fixation of the fitting, containing at the base of the container reinforced U-shaped guides located in the longitudinal and transverse directions along which the container moves along the platform fitting, as well as mechanical locks located at the corners of the base of the container for fixing it using fitting stops.

The utility model relates to devices for moving a container on a vehicle platform.

This utility model allows for the movement of cargo containers or container-type modules from a fitting railway platform to a vehicle platform or a universal railway platform, located on the same level as the fitting railway platform and fixing the fitting using a mechanical lock.

The technical result of the utility model is to simplify the technology for unloading cargo containers from a fitting railway platform in the field.

The claimed technical result of the utility model is provided by a device for moving a container with fixing the fitting, containing at the base of the container reinforced U-shaped guides located in the longitudinal and transverse directions, along which the container moves along the platform fitting, as well as mechanical locks located at the corners of the base of the container for fixing the fitting.

There is a known utility model [Patent RU 55350 U1, 2006] of a vehicle with a movable platform located in the body, extended by means of rails and guides fixed to the base of the body, containing a system of rollers located on the base of the body and the bottom of the movable platform, folding supports of variable height equipped with wheels and mounted on a platform.

This utility model does not have the option of moving cargo containers from a fitting railway platform, because the container must be lifted from the fitting and then placed on a retractable trolley, only after which the cargo must be moved into the body of the car.

The proposed technical solution provides for the presence at the base of cargo containers or container-type modules, manufactured in the ISO standard, with reinforced U-shaped guides, welded together, located in the longitudinal and transverse directions, along which the container moves along the fitting of the railway platform, to displace it both with side and from the end of the platform, to move it in a horizontal position to the platform of a vehicle or a universal railway platform, located on the same level with the fitting railway platform and fixing the fitting using a mechanical lock located at the base of the container.

The process of using the utility model is as follows: a cargo container (1) is installed on a fitting railway platform (2), after which the fitting (4) is fixed using mechanical locks (3), thereby the container is ready for transportation by rail. After its transportation to the specified unloading area, the fitting (4) is unlocked by mechanical locks (3), thereby the container is ready to move along the U-shaped guides (5) located at the base of the container, after which it is slinged using welded loops (6) containers located at the base. The source of traction can be a standard winch (7) located on a truck (or alternatively by the vehicle itself), after which the container is moved along U-shaped guides (5) to the platform of the vehicle (8) or a universal railway platform located flush with the fitting railway platform (2).

Thus, the claimed PM device for moving cargo containers with fixing fittings meets the “novelty” criterion of the invention. The claimed solution is suitable for use in the mechanical engineering industry.
