Собственные исследования показали, что при введении настоя корня женьшеня 1 и 2 слива в состав водки, содержащей углеводный модуль "Алкософт" и витаминный премикс "GSVil-2", во вкусе и аромате целевого продукта неожиданно появляется хвойная "нота", не присущая ни одному из ингредиентов, входящих в состав водки. Для приготовления водки использовали настой корня женьшеня 1-го и 2-го сливов, витаминный премикс "GSVit-2" по ТУ 9154-004-16992185-00, углеводный модуль "Алкософт" по ТУ 9229-001-43576397-97, спирт этиловый ректификованный "Экстра" и воду исправленную. Готовили 40%-ную водно-спиртовую жидкость, обрабатывали ее активированным порошкообразным углем из расчета 600-1500 г/100 дал, перемешивали в течение 35-45 мин, выдерживали в течение 50-60 мин, фильтровали и добавляли в нее 65,8%-ный сахарный сироп. В приготовленный раствор вносили раствор углеводного модуля "Алкософт", настой корня женьшеня 1-го и 2-го сливов и раствор витаминного премикса "GSVit-2". При этом углеводный модуль "Алкософт" растворяли в 40%-ной водно-спиртовой жидкости в соотношении 1:1 и фильтровали через тканевый фильтр. Витаминный премикс "GSVit-2" растворяли в умягченной воде или в водно-спиртовой жидкости. Для приготовления настоя женьшеня 1-го слива 0,09 кг корня женьшеня заливали 0,9 л водно-спиртовой жидкости крепостью 70% и смесь настаивали 5 суток. Получали 0,8 л настоя крепостью 69%. Затем корень женьшеня повторно заливали 0,75 л 50%-ной водно-спиртовой жидкости и полученную смесь вновь настаивали 5 суток. Получили 0,6 л настоя 2-го слива крепостью 48%. Приготовленная водка, обогащенная комплексом витаминов и биологически активными компонентами настоя корня женьшеня, не вызывала алкогольной интоксикации. Полученная водка представляла собой образец водки высокого качества, среднебальная оценка 9,67.
