Abstract
Description
The invention relates to agricultural production and can be used with intensive technologies for the cultivation of sugar beets, corn, crops, potatoes, vegetables in conditions of lack of moisture on gray forest, loamy and chernozem soils.
The closest analogue to the claimed invention of the phenomenon is a method of tillage and sowing (SU 1572439, A1, 06/23/1990), which includes layer-by-layer cultivation of the arable horizon, subsequent fertilizing and sowing seeds into the soil. This method has significant disadvantages - it is ineffective and imperfect when processing heavy loamy and chernozem soils. It is accompanied by the formation of blocks. Naturally, dry blocks are difficult to destroy by other types of treatments. As a result, a plow sole actively forms, poorly transmitting moisture along the cut plane to the lower root horizon. There are three ways to change the physical nature of subsurface tillage, which allows for deep and high-quality crumbling of the soil. Firstly, if the shear stress is replaced by the stress of cleavage, shear, crushing, and tension, which separate the soil lumps along the lines of minimal internal bonds that hold the soil aggregates in the monolith. Secondly, if the traction created by the machine and the tractor is directed in the soil not along the cutting lines, as is the case with a plane cutter, but over a much larger contact area, when the dissipation of kinetic energy occurs more evenly throughout the treated soil volume. For example, with a shift of the soil ridge of a triangular or trapezoidal section. Thirdly, by reducing the fracture and shear zone by one working body and increasing their number on the unit, we obtain evenly distributed energy over the entire width of the capture and better soil crumbling and loosening. Thus, it is possible to improve the quality of processing dry and prone to clumping soils if, in addition to cutting and wrapping elements, the design of the working body includes elements of cleavage and shear of particles relative to each other and the fixed bed, which fully provide high-quality crumbling of the soil in the lower layer of the arable horizon , separation of its upper layer, throwing weeds and their seedlings onto the surface of the field, where they lose contact with moist soil and dry out. As a result, such a tillage system to a depth of 60 cm provides sufficient accumulation and conservation of moisture, creates a rational food and water-air regime in the root layer of the soil, significantly (80-85%) saves energy costs and fuels and lubricants for the production of high yields major crops. The application of the soil cultivation method can be more effectively implemented in conditions of moisture deficiency during sowing and subsequent vegetation of cultivated plants in areas of sufficient but unstable moisture. The destruction of the compacted layer of the subsoil, which prevents the penetration of roots into deeper horizons, and the supply of fertilizers to it, sharply increases the nutritional regime and improves the supply of crops with productive moisture. These elements form the basis of the proposed technology.
The objective of the invention is effective and high-quality crushing of soil to a depth of the bulk of the developed root system of agricultural crops, preservation and accumulation of moisture, reduction of soil erosion from surface runoff, lower costs for herbicides and fuels and lubricants and a guaranteed increase in the yield of main crops in arid conditions.
This objective is achieved by the fact that the method of tillage and sowing of crops consists in the fact that they produce furrows by cleaving the soil to the depth of the arable horizon with the introduction of fertilizers into them and with the formation of tight trapezoidal partitions between them, a subsequent shift of the tops of the dense partitions to a depth is carried out seed placement and fertilizing in the shear plane, and re-shear of the dense partitions is carried out to the depth of the arable horizon with the formation of a shallow layer in zone of the main mass of the root system of cultivated plants and the formation of a compacted layer on which seeds are sown, and the upper soil layer and weeds are separated and formed above the depth of sowing.

The following sequence of technological operations of tillage is proposed.
