Abstract

FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: vodka "Russky khit" contains the following ingredients, kg/1000 dal of prepared product: lactose, 0.4-0.6; sugar, 18-22; vanillin, 0.0004-0.00006. The vodka also includes, l: levzea extract, 0.04-0.06; ethyl rectified alcohol "Lux" and corrected potable water, in terms of 40-% strength of prepared product. The proposed vodka possesses slight almond tone in aftertaste. EFFECT: increased biological value; simplified technology of production; broadened assortment of high-quality vodkas with tonic and treatment-and- prophylactic properties. 1 tbl

C 12 G 3/06, 1998), а экстракт левзеи содержится в тонизирующем прохладительном напитке "Саяны", выпускаемом промышленностью, использование экстракта левзеи в водке, в совокупности с ванилином, лактозой и сахаром в водно-спиртовой жидкости на основе спирта "Люкс" и воды питьевой исправленной является новым и обеспечивает технический результат в результате синергетизма действия входящих компонентов, который заключается в том, что смолы, камеди, дубильные вещества экстракта левзеи усиливают ароматический комплекс ванилина и стабилизируют его, лактоза адсорбирует весь биологически активный комплекс экстракта, обогащая водку легкоусвояемым сахаром, а в совокупности и при данном количественном соотношении композиция образует приятный ароматообразующий комплекс с едва уловимым миндальным тоном на фоне мягкого водочного вкуса и приятного аромата. Для приготовления водки "Русский хит" применяют:
- спирт этиловый ректификованный "Люкс" по ГОСТ 5262-67;
- воду питьевую по ГОСТ 51232-98 с жесткостью до 1 моль/м³ для естественной воды и до 0,2 моль/м³ для исправленной воды;
- ванилин по ГОСТ 16599-71;
- экстракт левзеи по ФС 42-1995-99;
- лактозу по ТУ 6-09-22-93, или по ТУ 10 РФ-1090-92, или по ТУ 9229-028-04610209-95;
- сахар-песок рафинированный по ГОСТ 22-94;
- уголь активный древесный дробленый марки БАУ-А по ГОСТ 6217-74.For the preparation of Russian hit vodka is used:
