Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of biotechnology, and in particular to the field of processing agricultural waste, in particular waste from livestock farms and poultry farms, and can be used in the reclamation of lands contaminated with oil and oil products, as well as to increase the fertility of soils depleted in humus and increase the yield of crops grown on them agricultural crops.
From time immemorial, manure was used as bioorganic fertilizer, preferably rotted manure, i.e., manure treated with microorganisms. The disadvantage of the natural processing of manure by microorganisms should be recognized as the duration of the process caused by the absence of mineral nutrients in the manure, as well as by the small amount of the initial culture of microorganisms involved in the processing of manure.
In recent years, a sufficient number of bioorganic fertilizers obtained by artificial means have been developed.
Bioorganic fertilizer application is known, in particular (EP 0445102, C 05 F 3/00, 1991), which is a pre-fermented mixture of liquid and solid animal feces and organic materials, the fermented mixture being added to the green mass and composted. A disadvantage of the known bioorganic fertilizer should be recognized as its low efficiency when applied to soil contaminated with oil and oil products, as well as the difficulty of preparation.
Fertilizer is also known in the form of composted plant debris mixed with the contents of the ruminant pre-stomachs (SU, copyright certificate 1578117, C 05 F 11/00, 1990). A disadvantage of the known mineral fertilizer should be recognized as low biological value, as well as low efficiency in the reclamation of soils contaminated with oil and oil products.
The closest analogue of the claimed invention can be recognized as bioorganic fertilizer (SU, copyright certificate 294825, C 05 F 3/00, 1971), which is a manure treated with a culture of methane bacteria. The disadvantage of this bioorganic fertilizer should be recognized as insufficient efficiency in the reclamation of soils contaminated with oil and oil products.
The technical problem to which the invention is directed is to develop environmentally friendly bioorganic fertilizer suitable for the restoration of soils contaminated with oil and oil products, as well as increasing the fertility of humus-depleted soils.
The technical result obtained as a result of the implementation of the invention is to improve the environmental situation in connection with the cleaning of the soil from oil and oil products and the introduction of these lands into agricultural circulation.
To achieve the technical result, it is proposed to use the droppings of birds and animals, converted by microbiological fermentation, and the composition of the fertilizer includes an active non-pathogenic oil-destroying microorganism or an association of microorganisms. The content of the microorganism or association of microorganisms does not exceed 0.2 wt.%. Yeast and / or bacterial non-pathogenic cultures of Endomycopsis fibuligera, Pseudomonas species, Corynebacterium species, Pseudomonas pseudoalkaligenes, Rhodococcus erythropolis, Ervinia species, Alcaligenes species, Methanobacterium species, and other microorganisms are used as a microorganism and association of microorganisms. Oil-destroying microorganisms can be introduced into the fertilizer both during and after microbiological fermentation. Bioorganic fertilizer may additionally contain sources of nitrogen, potassium, phosphorus, as well as micro and macro elements in quantities necessary for plant growth. Both fresh and rotted litter can be subjected to microbiological fermentation, in addition, other organic waste can be added to the litter before microbiological fermentation.
Microbiological fermentation is carried out in the usual way by introducing into the litter a nutrient medium containing sources of nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus, as well as other micro and macro elements necessary for the life of microorganisms that process litter. If necessary, at the same stage, sources of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, as well as micro and macro elements necessary for the development of oil refining microorganisms in cultivated soil, are additionally introduced into the fermented litter. Depending on the conditions for applying bioorganic fertilizer to the soil, it may contain aerobic and / or anaerobic microorganisms. Depending on the condition of the soil, the fertilizer may contain various amounts of macro- and microelements, as well as nutrients.
To prepare bioorganic fertilizer, the droppings of animals and birds are loaded into a fermenter of any design, the necessary amount of nutrients and, if necessary, water are added. They introduce a culture of microorganisms that cause enzymatic processing of litter, create the appropriate process conditions and carry out the process of litter fermentation. If the process of fermentation of litter is carried out at the site of reclamation with soil contaminated with oil and oil products, then at the fermentation stage, the culture of microorganisms causing biodegradation of oil and oil products in an amount of up to 0.2 wt.%, As well as, if necessary, appropriate nutrients are added to the processed litter substances, in particular potassium salts of phosphoric acids and ammonium salts of phosphoric acids or ammophos, in quantities necessary for the development of microorganisms, as well as cultivated soil. To accelerate the development and increase the activity of microorganisms providing biodegradation of oil contaminants, a growth stimulator of microorganisms is introduced into the process, in particular, the ammonium salt of aryl acetic acid at a concentration of 1 • 10 -6 - 1 • 10 -4 wt.%. Thus prepared bioorganic fertilizer is applied to the cultivated soil by known methods. If the process of fermentation of litter is carried out on farms or poultry farms, the fermented litter is delivered to the reclamation site, where additional mineral substances, growth stimulant and culture of microorganisms causing biodegradation of oil and oil products are added to the fermented litter, and the same amount is applied and then prepared bioorganic fertilizer is distributed in the cultivated soil by known methods.
