Abstract
Description
The invention relates to bioconversion of agricultural waste and can be used to obtain environmentally friendly effective fertilizer for crops and feed additives. The creation of large poultry farms and the transfer of poultry farming on an industrial basis causes significant disturbances in the ecological balance, environmental pollution, including airspace and the territories of the economy and the surrounding area.
A number of known methods for the disposal of manure and bird droppings. These include methane digestion for biogas production, long-term composting of manure or manure for organic fertilizers, mixing with various fillers for the same purpose, chemical treatment of manure. Thermal drying of the litter at various temperature conditions is also used. Apply litter processing by insects and worms. Several technical solutions are known for the microbiological conversion of manure and litter.
The closest in technical solution is a method of producing fertilizer from bird droppings and moisture-absorbing material. This mixture is loaded into special reactors, purged with oxygen-containing gas and fermented for 70-90 hours. The finished product has a moisture content of 30-45%. This method involves the fermentation of bird droppings mixed with moisture-absorbing material, due to microorganisms that are originally in the droppings. To implement this technology, a reactor of a special design is required, where the mixture is purged with oxygen-containing gas in the longitudinal and transverse directions during the fermentation period. Before loading into the reactor, the mixture is heated with a special copper electrode.
The aim of the invention is: the creation of waste-free technology for processing bird droppings; improving the environmental situation of poultry manure processing; disinfection of litter and obtaining environmentally friendly products of high biological value with desired properties; increasing the productivity of the processing process by creating the possibility of large-capacity processing of litter.
This goal is achieved in that the bioconversion of bird droppings is carried out in three stages in the presence of a consortium of bacteria 5842 and their waste products.
A consortium of bacteria 5842, used in the production of bioactivators for plant growing, consists of lactic bacilli and streptococci (Streptococcus thermophilus, Streptococcus bovis, Lactobacillus salivarius var. Salicinicus, Lactobacilus salivarius var. Salivarius, Lactobacilus x).
At the first stage, the bird droppings are processed in the presence of a liquid culture of a consortium of bacteria 5842, which contribute 0.01-4%. The concentration of viable cells in a liquid culture should be at least 100 · 10 6 cells. in 1 ml. Humidity of the processed litter 65 ± 25%. Fermentation is carried out at an ambient temperature of 15 ± 10 о С for 3 ± 2 days.
At the second stage, the bioconversion of bird droppings is carried out under aerobic thermophilic conditions. The second stage is expediently carried out with the addition of a moisture-absorbing material, for example, peat, earth, solid-phase litter, straw to bring the litter mass to a moisture content of 60 ± 20%. Aeration of the fermented litter is carried out using mechanical mixing, as well as using larvae of synanthropic flies. The fermentation is started at an initial temperature of the processed substrate 15 ± 5 o C. After several days depending on initial moisture content of the litter fermentable substrate temperature increases to 60-80 ° C and maintained at this level as a result of intensive aeration necessary for life thermophilic microorganisms. The fermentation process is completed after 7 ± 2 days, which is judged by lowering the temperature of the processed litter to 25-30 o C.
Используемый консоpциум депонирован в ВКПМ под N В-5972.For environmentally friendly and effective fertilizer feed product obtained in the second step, the substrate is subjected to further transformation with the lactobacilli consortium 5842. To this end, after lowering the substrate temperature to 25-30 C it is made liquid culture consortium in an amount of 0.01 to 5842 8% and carry out the third stage of bioconversion of bird droppings. The substrate was stirred for uniform distribution of lactic acid bacteria throughout the volume and weight of the fermented lactic acid fermentation process is carried out for 2-3 days at ambient temperature of 25 ± 5 ° C. The finished product, having a humidity of 50 ± 5%, if necessary, granulated and dried. The consortium used is deposited in VKPM under N B-5972.
As a result of the use of a consortium of lactic acid bacteria 5842 at the first stage of bioconversion of chicken droppings, growth of putrefactive and conditionally pathogenic microorganisms is inhibited, as well as enrichment of the fermentation medium with biologically active substances, primarily lactic acid. The disinfecting effect of the introduction of the consortium 5842 was observed on samples of litter processed in the presence of a consortium of lactic acid bacteria; such samples were not overgrown with vulgar mycoflora under natural conditions for long-term storage. Samples of the litter, processed without the use of a consortium, during storage were overgrown with vulgar mycoflora. The addition of lactic acid bacteria at the final stage of thermophilic fermentation of the litter enriches it with biologically active substances contained in the cultivation medium of the consortium, while aerobic thermophilic fermentation is replaced by the process of lactic fermentation.
